Kelly Gores: What If the Key to Healing Was Inside You All Along?

Do you ever wonder if your thoughts could be the key to your healing?

Kelly Noonan Gores is the filmmaker behind the groundbreaking documentary Heal, and in this deeply insightful conversation, she opens up about the turning points that led her from Hollywood acting to becoming a voice for the mind-body connection. But behind the science and spirituality lies a woman who has walked through fire, literally and found purpose on the other side of pain.

In this soulful exchange, Sarah Grynberg sits down with Kelly to explore how heartbreak, loss, and a house fire shaped her understanding of surrender, and why she believes our beliefs are more powerful than any diagnosis.

You'll learn:

*Why your inner voice could be the most powerful medicine of all.
*How language, self-talk, and prayer shift your body's biology.
*The science and mystery behind spontaneous healing.
*Why living your truth isn't just fulfilling, it might be lifesaving.

This conversation is a reminder that healing isn't about fixing yourself—it's about remembering who you really are.
