2 Kings, Chapter 5 - Now I Know | Prophets of Israel Daily
Could a little girl from the Land of Israel teach a mighty general and the world, that there is a God in Israel? In 2 Kings Chapter 5, Naaman, the powerful commander of Aram, suffers from leprosy. A young Israelite girl, taken captive and serving in his household, tells him about the prophet Elisha. Her simple, unwavering faith sets a remarkable chain of events in motion. Naaman must humble himself, wash seven times in the Jordan River, and discover that the healing he seeks cannot be bought with silver or gold. Meanwhile, Elisha's servant Gehazi learns the terrible consequences of greed and forgetting whom he truly serves.
