2 Kings, Chapter 4 - Where Miracles Begin | Prophets of Israel Daily

What if the greatest miracles begin with the smallest things we have—and what if true faith means declaring shalom even in the darkest moments of our lives? In 2 Kings 4, the prophet Elisha reveals a very different kind of prophetic power. Unlike Elijah, whose ministry was marked by fire and dramatic confrontation, Elisha brings life through intimate, personal miracles. From a widow's single jar of oil to the miraculous revival of a woman's son, this chapter reveals a God who cares deeply about the ordinary struggles of human life. Join Ari Abramowitz and Jeremy Gimpel as they explore the power of emunah (faith), the meaning of shalom in the face of tragedy, and the holiness found in everyday acts of compassion. In this episode of Prophets of Israel Daily, we explore: -The Miracle of the Oil: How Elisha transforms a widow's tiny jar of oil into enough to pay her debts and save her sons—and what this teaches us about recognizing the blessings we already have. -The Shunammite Woman's Faith: Discover the extraordinary hospitality, courage, and active faith of a woman who refuses to give up hope, even after losing her beloved son. -The Power of Shalom: Why does the Shunammite woman declare shalom in the midst of unimaginable grief? Explore the profound connection between faith, action, and hope. -Emunah in Action: Discover the Hebrew connection between emunah (faith), eemun (practice or training), ne'eman (faithful), and emun (trust), and how these ideas illuminate the woman's unwavering determination. -The Prophet of Everyday Miracles: From healing poisoned stew to multiplying twenty loaves of bread for a hundred hungry men, Elisha teaches us that God's presence is found not only in spectacular moments but also in the ordinary acts of caring for others. 🌿 EXPERIENCE THE LAND OF ISRAEL FELLOWSHIP — FREE TRIAL 👉 Start your FREE trial here: https://bit.ly/4pn8S2T #ProphetsOfIsraelDaily #2Kings4 #BookOfKings #BibleStudy #Tanakh #HebrewBible #TorahLearning #LandOfIsrael #FaithAndHope
