Red Sea Report: Cardinals Roster Cuts, Surprises and Walter Nolen Expectations

Craig Grialou, Zach Gershman and former Cardinals linebacker Lorenzo Alexander break down the Cardinals initial 53-man roster and the difficult realities of NFL roster cuts, with Alexander sharing firsthand stories about being on both sides of those conversations. They examine the decisions behind keeping seven wide receivers, James Conner’s placement on injured reserve and the depth at running back, while also discussing the departures of BJ Ojulari and Sean Murphy-Bunting and what those moves could mean for the defense. The talk turns to the big expectations surrounding defensive tackle Walter Nolen III, whose presence could have a major impact on the entire unit.
