Authorities say a war over lobsters of all things has led to a businessman being charged with attempted murder. Cops say he turned off an 18-year-old diver's air supply while he was underwater searching for lobsters. As Ann Mercogliano reports, with delicious lobster in high demand, authorities say things got ugly out on the water. The businessman’s lawyer says he is not guilty and should not have been charged. And a terrifying moment at the ballpark. A slugger swings, and the ball went one way, and the bat accidentally went the other — straight into the stands, striking a female spectator right in the head. Plus, an elderly man using a walker headed into a fast-food restaurant for lunch when a thief knocked him to the ground and robbed him. Good Samaritans rushed to his aid and chased the assailant away. As Alison Hall reports, many are asking who would do such a thing. And if you've driven through Texas or the South, you've probably stopped at a Buc-ee's — the chain of massive rest stops that sells just about everything. Now they're in the headlines, suing a small mom-and-pop convenience store claiming trademark infringement because they say its beaver mascot looks too similar to the beaver on their logo. The mom-and-pop store says they will fight the lawsuit. It's being called a real-life David vs. Goliath battle.
