Formed in Swansea in 1961, this influential Welsh rock band rose to fame with a lineup featuring Pete Ham, Mike Gibbins, Tom Evans, and Joey Molland, and went on to record five albums for Apple Records from 1968 to 1973. Initially known as the Iveys, they adopted their iconic name from the working title of a Beatles song and left a lasting impact on the 1970s power pop genre. With an estimated 14 million records sold, their legacy continues to resonate with music fans today.
