About
Hailing from the heart of the American South, the twin brothers Earl and Ernie Cate formed a musical duo that would become a staple of country soul music in the mid-1960s. As accomplished singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists, Earl on guitar and Ernie on piano, the brothers captivated audiences with their unique sound at clubs and dances across Arkansas and the mid-South. With a career spanning over four decades, they released music from 1970 to 2006, leaving a lasting legacy in the country music scene.
