About

Born: December 29, 1959 in Ario de Rosales

Born in the picturesque town of Ario de Rosales, Michoacán, this Mexican music icon began his journey at just six years old, harmonizing with his cousin Joel as part of the duo Los Hermanitos Solís. Years later, he co-founded the chart-topping band Los Bukis, where he took center stage as lead vocalist, songwriter, and keyboard player. With a successful two-decade run behind him, Solís soared into a solo career with his debut album En Pleno Vuelo in 1996.
