Kindness Is Not Weakness. It's the Power to Tell the Truth.
You've been told to be kind. But somewhere along the way, kindness became confused with weakness, silence, people-pleasing, and the fear of making someone uncomfortable. It's about acting in the service of truth, growth, love, and human dignity. Key Takeaways: The true meaning of kindness and why it is often confused with weakness. Kellan's F.U.C.K. framework: Fierce, Unapologetic, Consistent, and Kind. The WIPOS framework: Worth, Identity, Possibility, Ownership, and Sovereignty.
