After weeks of political aggression and sanctions, Chinese celebs like Eason Chan and Dilraba called for boycotts of Nike, H&M, Adidas and other western brands to stand with Xinjiang cotton. It’s one complicated story, but what exactly happened? Back home, SMRT station staff will soon start carrying signs to remind commuters not to talk on public transport. Does that make any sense?
