Come Dec 2020, we’ll find out if our “hawker culture” is officially listed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. But will it actually do anything to preserve hawking, or is it just lip service? Elsewhere, a breast cancer ad by the Breast Cancer Foundation rubbed people in all the wrong ways. But does that make it a good ad?
