The Ministry of Home Affairs reminded the public that displaying or wearing symbols linked to the Israel-Hamas war is an offence punishable with jail time. Why the need for such strict policing? Elsewhere this week, a new law was proposed that would allow the President and ministers to hold roles in foreign and international organisations in their private capacities.
