#174 - Should Singapore relax Covid-19 rules to retain foreign talent & seafood restaurant takes crabs for walks
As other cities open up Covid-19 travel restrictions, Singapore (and Hong Kong) remain strict, especially for non-citizens. But strict enough to make expats leave? Nice gesture or marketing gimmick?
