Come Thou and All Thy House into the Ark

When the Lord Jesus Christ likens His coming to the days of Noah, does He liken it to the ark lifted up, or to the flood that "took them all away" (Matthew 24:39)? Read Matthew 24:44 and ask whether "such an hour as ye think not" (Matthew 24:44) is an hour no man can know, or an hour a man has already decided He will not come. Then ask how long the men outside the ark had watched it built, and what they did with their last seven days. "For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights." (Genesis 7:4)
