This week we meet David Gluckman, the man (amongst others) who invented everyone’s favourite Christmas tipple, Baileys. He must be Irish, right? Wrong. Well, he must be a food scientist? Wrong. Surely it’s his biggest impact of Irish exports? Wrong.
