It's gonna get him out of debt 3:00 Very excited about that 3:03 Megan and Annie will be here for a round of visit gay and of course the opi or burr game from Simon 3:07 We have reviews comments voicemails, but first big J. Okerson 3:12 He was on the Legion of skanks talking about who his podcast and 3:16 And Lisa Skanks is a big J along with Louis J Gomez and Steve right as easy and they had guests on there Jim 3:23 14 and Robert Kelly and 3:25 A couple people said this to me and I meant to play it probably a week ago or so. It's 3:30 Been around for a couple weeks, but always exciting when a big show like this talks about the dabble verse and more 3:36 Specifically, who are these podcasts? I have been enjoying watching the 3:41 The clips I watched the who are these podcast guys talk about opi 3:45 talking about Gumi and Jim and vice-versa. It's very... And that you guys are 3:50 watching us talk about... Who are these podcasts guys? Talk about 3:55 Opie, who talks about Jim and Anthony. Guys, time is a flat circle. Pennywise was 4:03 right. Guys, film yourself doing this. Send that video to your best friend. Now 4:06 somebody's watching you, watch us talk about you. Watch us. Watch, talk about 4:10 you talking about us. And then send it back and then we'll talk about you 4:13 Then send it to us and then we'll watch you talk about your friend talking about which 4:19 is podcasting. 4:21 I think it's inception is what you're describing more specifically at any point there. 4:27 June 4th. 4:27 You can be like, ah, who are these pockets? 4:28 Love those guys. 4:29 I've been over to Carl's house, been in studio. 4:32 I don't know. 4:33 I just couldn't have done that. 4:34 He's taking his time. 4:35 You don't have to. 4:36 You know, whatever. 4:38 My, my good, good friend, one of my best pals in the world, Vinny Paulina was 4:42 featuring for Lewis Jay Gomez at the comedy club this past weekend while we 4:47 are miserable in Detroit or a weekend lucky penny and he was saying that he 4:55 talked to Lewis about coming on who are these podcasts being a part of this and 5:00 Lewis's words on paraphrasing and doing that gay devil for shit so he does have 5:06 point. I'm not arguing. I'm not arguing with them, but I appreciate that Vinny 5:13 brought it up to Lewis. I mean, I talked about, I didn't want to bring up today 5:17 because we, I was on the creep off today was our first episode since we had the, 5:21 um, the little, uh, bickering, you could say. And so I didn't want to bring it up 5:26 to Vinny today. I was trying to smooth things over, obviously, but we had talked 5:31 about the fact that I'd love to get in touch with big J. Oakerson. He's 5:35 going to be in town in a couple of weeks. And I'm hoping that he'll come over and be 5:39 a part of his podcast and come in studio on a Saturday show. So big J for listening, reach 5:45 out to me, WTP show at gmail.com and or acts or whatever. And we'd love to have you over 5:52 here. Well, I'll see you at the club either way. I've seen a big J a few times do stand 5:56 up. He's always hilarious. His, uh, David tell impression is spot on. That's a joke. 6:02 big J come on come back come on come on we'd love to have you on the show I know 6:06 you're a big fan of the devil verse and when we talk about opi talking about 6:11 Anthony who's talking about opi who's talking about Tony P that segment is 6:15 coming up mm-hmm but first I know people have been talking about this it's a 6:20 big deal right now in the comedy community Chad Zumaq was complaining that 6:26 He wasn't making residuals anymore from Sirius XM sound exchange is this company that used 6:33 to send him checks or direct deposits every month or every quarter. 6:37 I don't know. 6:37 It's all confusing. 6:38 Chad doesn't know either. 6:39 But he's dependent on it. 6:40 It changes his life whether he gets it or not. 6:42 And all of a sudden the money dried up. 6:44 Go ahead, Adam. 6:44 Sound exchange is what in relation to Sirius they are they're like a BMI kind of company. 6:50 So, okay, when Sirius started playing all of the clips of comedians on a raw dog, 6:55 the communities were making no money and there was 6:59 complaining going on 7:00 Because like hey, this is our content. You're just using it 7:03 So as a make good this company came up and decided to figure out a way to pay back the artists in the same way 7:10 That BMI does for musicians. Mm-hmm. So every time and we'll get into it 7:14 but according to the website every time they spin a bit by a comedian the community gets 15 bucks so 7:23 that was the compromise they made and 7:24 and when Sebastian Manuscalco took over Raw Dog 7:29 and got rid of Raw Dog, it was Channel 99, 7:32 now it's 102, Sebastian Manuscalco, 7:35 and they don't play the same comics they used to play, 7:38 and guys like Ray DeVito and Chad Zumak 7:40 aren't gonna play it at all anymore. 7:42 Not gonna get any money. 7:44 And so this has started an uproar 7:48 within the comedy community. 7:50 They decided to do something about it. 7:51 I have a little bit of an overview here to get up to speed. 7:56 Hundreds of comedians have taken to social media 7:59 to weigh in on the Sebastian Maniscalco Sirius XM situation 8:03 after the Raw Dog Comedy Channel that was responsible 8:06 for paying monthly royalties to over 800 comedians 8:09 nationwide was rebranded to Sebastian Maniscalco's 8:12 comedy radio back in April and instantly removed 8:15 over 500 working class comedians from the lineup. 8:18 A lot of your favorite comedians have been kicked off of Sirius XM, Raw Dog Channel, which 8:24 is where a lot of comedians made their living, helped them with rent, with gas, with all the 8:28 flight prices going up. 8:30 This made a big difference in the middle class of comedians. 8:32 I'm one of those comics that was taken off the channel and I relied heavily on the residual 8:37 checks to pay my bills, whether it be towards my rent or my car insurance. 8:41 Raw went from playing 800 working-class comedians to now playing less than 300 celebrity comedians. 8:50 Joan Rivers, Johnny Carson, Bob Hope, Norm McDonald, and then a plethora of very famous 8:56 alive comedians that might not even know about this extra income that they're about 9:02 to oversee. 9:03 Sebastian's an awesome amazing guy, and I'm sure that he will fix that the Italians did side with Hitler in World War two 9:15 Love 9:19 We love you dude. I've met you. You're a sweetheart of a guy an awesome comic 9:23 Please just reconsider and start booking the channel the way it was 9:27 You don't want to look like you're not helping out comics and more importantly 9:31 You got a lot of catchphrases that can be used against you. Aren't you embarrassed you took away their red money hundreds of comedies 9:39 I said some joke world put out that little overview 9:42 This is the website that's behind it stand up for stand up and 9:46 Santa for stand up put on this page on their website for serious exam middle-class comedians cut out as a batch of men of 9:52 Skeletons comedy radio and 9:54 They've really broken this down 9:56 fewer comics earning residuals 9:59 So you can see in September of this year they were down to 275 different 10:06 comedians getting played on the comedy channel as opposed to 812 just from 10:12 April and April was the the big month when they made the cosmic shift away 10:18 from a lot of these lesser-known comedians and playing just the the 10:23 mainstream ones and they actually break down in this chart down here some 10:28 of the names of comics that we're on and no longer are Jim 10:34 Florentine is on that list. 10:36 Liz meal is it was meal or mealy mealy sounds bad. 10:40 I'll go with meal. 10:42 I have a video from her, but you know, there's some other 10:45 names on here. 10:46 Kelsey cook. 10:47 Yeah, Rich Voss is on the list. 10:49 Margaret show. 10:51 So there's a number of people that you've heard of Joey 10:53 Diaz is on here. 10:54 Mark Marin preacher Lawson and these people are no 10:57 longer getting checks from serious because they're not playing their stuff anymore. 11:03 I see Voss is on the list, but Bonnie's not. 11:05 That's very interesting. 11:06 Wow. 11:07 Nick Swartz has been taken out. 11:09 Oh, geez. 11:10 Who's going to pay for? 11:12 What's he going to do? 11:13 He's going to pay for Chad's dinner. 11:15 That's a bummer. 11:16 Doug Benson is off the list. 11:18 I just saw Doug recently. 11:19 He's great. 11:20 And then the new ones are Jim Gaffigan, Brian Regan, Cat Williams, Jimmy Carr, 11:25 Gary Goldman, Jimmy Fox, Ricky Gervais, Bo Burnham, Chris Rector, Rich Get Richer, what is going on here? 11:33 Bo Burnham's always lying in his pockets. 11:35 Whitney Cummings. I mean, do these people need money? 11:40 It's crazy. It's crazy what they're doing and the comics, they want you to be part of this movement 11:47 to fight back against 11:49 serious for this injustice and 11:51 And so I have some of the videos because this has been a video campaign on Instagram 11:57 Some of the videos the comics are putting up to let us know like this ain't right 12:00 But they're just letting us know they're talking to Sebastian himself because I don't know if you guys know this 12:05 Once you get a channel on serious XM. You're in charge of programming that shit. Yeah 12:11 Mm-hmm. That's on you then 12:14 Hey Sebastian your name's on the channel get in here and program the X 48 hours. Sorry boss 12:20 And when they give you a key to the city, it's a key that works everything you can get in anywhere you want 12:25 I thought that was oh, that's true same thing. Yep. Oh, okay 12:30 Huh, I always thought there was like more metaphoric like it's not some about just an actual key. Yeah. Oh, huh 12:36 Anyway, this is a Liz meal. I'll play her first. We got a bunch of examples out here 12:42 But Liz was pretty bummed out about what happened 12:45 So she went to Instagram and YouTube and posted this 12:51 Hi, my name is Liz Mealy. I'm a stand-up comedian 12:57 Is her name is Liz Mealy she's a set of comedians you started them both out and you still went with me 13:06 Video is for Sebastian Maniscalco 13:12 This year the raw channel on Sirius XM 13:15 became Sebastian Maniscalco's channel. 13:19 Great, fine. 13:21 Celebrities have taken over channels before. 13:23 Never been an issue. 13:24 The problem with this is... 13:26 The problem is, 13:28 Ra went from playing 800 working class comedians 13:33 to now playing less than 300 celebrity comedians 13:37 like Joan Rivers, Johnny Carson, Bob Hope, Norm McDonald. 13:42 Just dead comic, dead comic, dead comic. 13:43 And then a plethora of very famous, alive comedians that might not even know about this extra income that they're about to receive. 13:53 A look of confusion and concern comes over their face, Ellen Quinten. 13:57 But every working class comedian that has been kicked off the channel is quite aware, and it is devastating. 14:05 Guys, this is a pretty big cause. This is devastating for these comics. 14:27 Because of this action, hundreds of comedians will no longer be able to have these royalties 14:34 working class comedians, people that only make money on the road, that have no safety net, 14:41 that depend on this money to just survive. 14:45 Alright, I'm going to break character. 14:46 This is not, this is like serious. 14:48 You would think this is a parody, right? 14:50 Right, for the price of a cup of coffee, you could feed on starving child in Africa. 14:55 That's what it seems like, the vibe of this. 14:56 She's like, she's being serious. 14:59 These poor comics, who chose profession, they're not very good at. 15:03 What the fuck, what do you want from me? 15:06 There's a car salesman who's barely getting by. 15:09 He sucks at selling cars, I don't know what to tell you. 15:14 This is a wild fucking campaign. 15:16 I don't know what they're thinking with this. 15:18 It's embarrassing, it's the best word I could use. 15:21 But take it away, Liz, mealy. 15:23 Are going from having that money to nothing. 15:28 I'm making a lot of money, you know that. 15:30 If you're Sebastian, hi. Maybe you didn't know. Maybe you didn't understand. What the hell are you 15:40 doing? But now you know. And you can help us. You can fix this. We would who uses social media to 15:49 talk to one person aside from woke dad. He started a tick type talk to his kids. But it's 15:55 very I'm just watching more examples of this. It's very odd that I'm watching a video that's 16:00 He's got 2,300 likes on it, tons of views. 16:03 And it's like, just as Sebastian. 16:05 Hey, Sebastian, you watching this? 16:06 Cause now you know about this problem. 16:07 He didn't see it. 16:09 He's made no comment. 16:10 There's no public comment for Sebastian on this. 16:12 We'll get into what Sirius has said, 16:15 but this is embarrassing. 16:17 Hey, Sebastian, listen, I'm not even blaming you, man. 16:19 Maybe you didn't realize, but like, 16:21 Chad Zubak has to steal more credit cards 16:23 in order to like go to Chili's and GNC. 16:26 So if you could just help us out. 16:28 Quit hogging the phone, Sebastian, producer Chris here. 16:32 Yeah, right. 16:33 Alright, who else wants to talk to him? 16:35 Tim Dilley, get over here. 16:37 I would love to be reincorporated into the channel 16:41 and start getting the streams and plays that we were getting 16:44 before you took it over. 16:46 If that person has any class to look, please, come on now. 16:49 What was beautiful about Raw was that it was an uncensored channel 16:54 of working hilarious comedians of... 16:57 and Ray DeVito, right? Every variety. And we would love for you to bring us back. 17:08 And have you donated the cause yet? I just wish she could have explained that to me more slowly. 17:14 Trouble keeping up with the how fast that move. Listen, I got a lot. It's just my I'm always 17:20 going to support artists of any kind, striking, especially at that level, striking for anything. 17:27 I'm always in favor of them. I've seen what it's like. There's a strike, but go ahead. You know, you got what I'm saying 17:32 Any kind of any they're not paid fairly in a lot of these instances 17:37 They're taking advantage of and $15 a spin is fucking embarrassing 17:40 I wonder if they slip it into their garter belt or in their bra when they give it to them like 17:44 I hope you think it was in this channel. It has to do with volume of audience 17:49 Well, I'm talking about compared to I have songs on the coffeehouse channel and I get money from them 17:54 Right, it's pretty regular. Sometimes it's higher than other months. Sometimes it goes away. Sometimes it comes back 18:00 It never occurred to me to like make a video about it 18:05 Sometimes not spin your records. Yeah, this is not the hill to die on. This is not 18:10 Dude, can we try to tell them how poor you are and they don't even spin your records some months? What the fuck? 18:16 It's it's it's it's tough because I keep telling them I don't want the money 18:19 I just want to volunteer, but they won't accept that 18:26 It's just I support all this stuff. They're getting screwed everywhere like as soon as the internet came on the commercials that I would get 18:33 You know a year's worth of money for suddenly you just weren't getting anything until people did this and demanded that you get paid 18:39 For the same commercial just because it's on the huff post or whatever it is because it's making 18:45 Millions and it took a while for that to happen 18:48 You would do a show on Fox and they'd show a clip on a website and you wouldn't get anything. 18:53 And they're still fighting to get like something from those. There's still all these 18:56 gray areas. But this is not how it works. Like I don't get to say, you know, 19:04 Serious XM, it's been brought to my attention that you're no longer playing my cover of 19:09 Nine Inch Nail songs that I produced for Alley Gertz. And we got to eat. This is on you 19:15 guys like and the fact that they're saying it's on Sebastian is even weirder 19:18 like I don't think he has anything to do with this at all unless this is all just 19:24 an ad for his show because now we know about it and now we're talking about it 19:30 and it debuted with Jerry Seinfeld and no one gave a shit and now we're all 19:35 engaged and want to hear what he's gonna say so I'll give you the statement 19:40 from Sirius Exxon, since you brought that up. 19:43 They say the Sirius Exxon line is that the channel is working 19:46 together with our creative partners 19:48 to promote the best possible experience for our listeners. 19:50 The Manuscalco channel introduced a new creative direction 19:53 and a regularly evolving programming mix. 19:56 And Sirius Exxon continues to invest in comedians 19:58 more than any other audio platform. 20:01 And as I said, Sebastian Manuscalco 20:02 was not commented on this at all. 20:05 What's crazy about this is they're like 20:07 Complaining to Sebastian 20:10 Serious XM is going out of business. Yeah breaking news. Mm-hmm. They're not long for this world 20:15 They're pivoting into a podcasting company. It's why they get money to call her daddy and 20:20 the you know, what what's the flex the name of? 20:24 smartless 20:26 Yeah, so they're investing in these big pockets throwing hundreds of millions of dollars at that 20:31 They know that the serious the satellite technology is not long for this world doesn't matter 20:36 that everyone can just stream shit from their car. 20:38 My car actually does have series XM, I didn't even know that. 20:41 I got to think of the mail. 20:42 Is it ventilated? 20:43 No, I got to think of the mail that told me that 20:46 and I was like, oh, I've been saying I didn't have it 20:48 but whatever because it doesn't fucking matter. 20:51 Nobody cares. 20:52 This is my point. 20:52 I do listen to Sirius to make fun of Howard 20:55 but it's not on the app on my phone. 20:57 And I don't look at the comedy channel. 20:59 No one's listening to this fucking comedy channel. 21:01 No one's listening to Sirius XM. 21:03 And what is this like their retirement plan? 21:05 They feel like they're owed money from Sirius XM forever 21:09 Was last time Chad put out a new special and he's crying that they don't play his bits anymore 21:14 You got to keep up with this shit. Yeah, it's difficult to hear about him bitching and not think of that. Right. It's it's crazy 21:21 TV residuals get smaller over time. Mm-hmm. There's it changes you fight for it. You negotiate, but that's pretty much how it works 21:28 You don't get to just express that you're upset. They're not playing your TV show anymore 21:34 And so I guess if it were the customer saying I'm not hearing enough rate of veto on this anymore 21:40 Then you would be it would be understandable like I canceled serious in 2014 when they fired Anthony kumya 21:46 And they asked me why and I told them why 21:49 That's a paying customer who had been loyal to serious since the day Howard started 21:53 I had a serious subscription. I paid every month and as soon as they fired kumya. I was out these idiots are 22:00 Are appealing to I guess the masses because that's who's seeing this stuff being like hey 22:05 We're not making money anymore doesn't that sucks like I don't know man 22:07 Does every person do lose the job go on social media and cry to the rest of the world about it? 22:13 Aside from Jerry Banfield. Yeah 22:15 Before this the masses didn't know about the residuals, right? Yeah, it's not our business, right? Exactly. I'm glad they have them 22:23 It's great 15. It's not a lot. That's really a weird 22:27 But Adam it's it's weird that you would understand how much they would deserve 22:31 What do you mean? It should be maybe four bucks. It should be maybe 350 like why do you think 15 is not a lot? 22:37 Because it's just um pay them for the period pay them like a certain amount for the times that you're gonna own it and make it be consistent instead of like 22:46 One play to play like that's just weird to me 22:50 There could be and we don't know the answer. That's no one does there could be 400 people listening to raw dog at any given time 22:57 There could be 40,000 right we don't know if it's 40,000 they deserve more than 15 bucks apply 23:03 I bet it's way less than 40,000. I'm as close to the 400. I 23:08 Mean you think people I mean the song comes on people are then rushing to it and turning it on because they somehow know 23:13 That song is on or they're not turning it off. How would they even gauge that you would just own the song for the months 23:18 You would just like you get you get paid for spins on the radio from BMI 23:23 based on ratings 23:25 things. I don't want to get into all this. So I did some research. It said monthly comedy 23:33 royalties on the channel are estimated between 117,141,000. Both before and after the rebrand 23:40 by the way. They're not paying out less money but they are paying out to fewer comedians 23:45 because it went from 800 to 275, right? Okay. So the money disappeared, it just moved. 23:50 So I did the calculation myself because I have a calculator. It's not a physical 23:54 calculator. It's an app. Anyway, I did the calculation. Let's say it is the high range, 23:58 $141,000. They're paying out to 800 comedians. That means the average payout to comedians is 24:05 176 per month. It's not even your car payment. And these people are like, this is a, we're 24:11 devastated. I think she used to were devastated in that clip, which is why I used that one first. 24:16 The funny part about this whole campaign is that every single person has the same talking 24:20 points. So stand up for stand up. This organization, this nonprofit organization out of LA that 24:26 started a few years ago has jumped on this and they've gotten into everyone's ear and said, 24:30 you got to make a video and you got to say, Sebastian, you're great. You're not the problem. 24:34 But hey, man, help us out. And so I'll give you some more examples. Then we can debate whether 24:39 they deserve 15 bucks or more. There's spend, which would be fun. Here's Dan Soder. I'm a 24:49 a lot of front-facing videos on Instagram today of comics. It's not a 24:55 mass apology, what it is is it's comics coming together to talk about Sirius XM's 25:00 raw dog radio. Raw dog radio was a very important source of income for a lot of 25:07 comics. It played over 800 comics and it's comics you know, comics you love, 25:12 but more importantly comics you've never heard of, or maybe comics that 25:15 you've never ran across and it would play their jokes and it would pay them so it helped 25:20 a lot of people make rent and made a lot of people help with like you know food and that 25:24 kind of stuff and recently Sebastian Maniscalco, one of the greats, one of the top working 25:29 comics. 25:30 We love Sebastian. 25:30 Took over the channel and since they took it over they stopped. 25:33 I feel like this is, we love when he takes over the channel. 25:37 When Sebastian takes over the channel we say thank you Sebastian. 25:39 That's a good thing. 25:40 It's a Twilight Zone episode what the fuck. 25:43 Hopped playing a lot of comics. They started playing very famous comics 25:47 If you've ever been to a comedy club and looked at the menu, it's probably a comic that 25:52 They have a drink named after it, you know, it's probably like 25:55 The Joan Rivers Martini or the Bernie Mac in cheese. It's just people like that 26:01 It's like very famous comics who are dead or who don't necessarily need the money 26:06 So this video is just 26:09 I don't know why everybody doesn't want Don Rickles kids to eat like they're so dead set on that 26:13 It's so weird. They're like these guys are their dad or don't need the money. It's like I'm sorry 26:17 Is that how capitalists it works? 26:19 Guys, why are we still giving money to the Ford Corporation? Henry Ford's been dead for decades. So what are you guys doing? 26:25 You need to call Gerardo's kid and ask for that money back. I'm sorry. It's awkward 26:30 People are so fucking stupid. Anyway, I love Dan keep going asking Sebastian to please 26:35 reconsider and return raw dog radio to what it was which was a great source of 26:42 income for the comedy community not just one individual comedian but all the 26:47 comedians so Sebastian all 800 comedians it's such a small group too they're 26:53 like there's 800 people are getting residual checks from this like okay how 26:57 many people got laid off from you name the fucking company SpaceX or whatever 27:03 No, they're collecting canned goods at the schools and sending it to all the 27:07 comedians. If you see this, we love you, dude. You know, I've met you. You're a 27:13 sweetheart of a guy, an awesome comic. Please just reconsider and start booking 27:19 the channel the way it was. You know, help out a lot of comedians because you 27:23 don't want, you don't want to look greedy. You don't want to look like 27:27 you're not helping out comics. And more importantly, you got a lot of 27:31 catchphrases that can be used against you. And I don't think, you know, 27:35 you don't want to see a bunch of, why did you, aren't you embarrassed? 27:40 You took away their rent money. I'm just saying, Shabastian, 27:44 one comment to another, 27:45 please reconsider having raw dog radio restored to the way it was to help out 27:51 the community. And I promise you, 27:54 this is the last front facing video you'll see for me for a while. Hopefully. 27:57 So I you played it in the cold open producer Chris, but Anthony Kumi has taken on it was like he hasn't gotten a paycheck from sir 28:04 So it's not just since 2014 they owe me. They'll be 47 million dollars. It's like I'm worried about him 28:10 They stop playing your shit. They don't owe you any money. They paid you while they were playing it 28:14 That's kind of cool. You can be grateful for that or you can bitch about it like your own something is your pension 28:22 What's here another guy that I really appreciate and enjoy Mark Norman 28:27 He's got a take on this. Hey, folks, I'm just making you this video because Sebastian 28:35 Maniskelko had sex with my wife. No, we're making this video because Sirius XM member 28:43 old Sirius Lord knows I don't. Well, they're still around and they used to have a great 28:48 channel called raw dog. Well, there you go. Why are these, why is this company that's 28:54 Fletchling paying all these comics Sebastian, please talk to mr. Serious 29:00 And now that's been given to Sebastian and 29:03 So they had like 800 comedians on there Sebastian Sebastian's making probably tens of millions of dollars from them 29:11 Hey, do you want this responsibility? Sure? I got nothing else to do 29:17 They've been given to Sebastian and you know they're famous, not famous, little everything 29:24 and now it's down to 300 famous comics and I'm talking famous like Joan, Norm, I like 29:33 all these guys. 29:34 Oh yeah I do too actually. 29:35 George Carlin. 29:36 Yeah we like these people, they're great comics but they'll be dead, they're all 29:40 dead. 29:40 So what are these talking points like we like showed rivers, right? 29:45 We are going down when they died. What are we doing? Who added fuck Kelly Carlin into the message of this whole campaign? 29:51 I don't understand why they're all relying on this. It's so weird 29:54 It's like I was I the radio station in our town was playing rush yesterday. I'm like Neil Perk's dad 29:59 Why are we still playing rush on the radio you asshole shut it down? 30:05 Grow up. Where's that money going? 30:07 Shut let it solo music. I think it's a way for serious to not cough up the dough. Hmm pretty good 30:13 So, uh, let's get raw dog back. I don't know if Sebastian anything to do with it or whatever 30:18 If he knew Sebastian was in the accounting department going all right, let me see what our expenses are what the fuck who repaid Patton Oswalt 30:30 Marks like I'm not sure if Sebastian anything to do with this. He did it. I promise you that 30:35 screwing over a bunch of people I doubt it but why not get them back that's a 30:40 great way for you find out about a new comic learn about a guy or a gal you 30:44 like and you're on a road trip and you go this is great I got to look this 30:47 person up so yeah these these guys had it too good for too long these dead 30:53 comics so please make fun of my hair in the comments thank you comedy 31:00 comedy. All right, Sam Morrell, another guy I really enjoy. Let's see what he has to say. 31:04 Hey guys, Sam Morrell here. Just wanted to let you know that a lot of your favorite comedians 31:08 have been kicked off of serious XM raw dog channel, which is where a lot of comedians made their 31:14 living, you know, helped them with rent, with gas, with all the flight prices going up. 31:19 This made a big difference in the middle class of comedians. And there's probably a lot of 31:23 comedians you haven't heard of, but they're really good working comics. And it's nice to 31:26 working class in comedy so I don't know if Sebastian knows about this he probably doesn't 31:32 but it would be nice if we let him know I don't think I have his number I'm like I'm successful 31:37 but I'm not that successful I don't have a lot of arena comic numbers but uh he's a he's a good 31:42 dude I met him a few times I like him if you want to get uh Sebastian's phone number just go to 31:46 Kevin Brennan's twitter account that's where you can find it I think this would uh this would 31:52 help. This would help everybody working and those checks are big if you're trying to make ends meet. So 31:59 let's tell Sebastian say, Hey, come on. Let's, uh, let's get these comics back on the channel. 32:06 You don't need Bob Hope. You need, uh, insert working class of blue collar road comedians. So 32:12 let's, uh, let's help them out. Let's get raw dog cooking again. And, uh, Sebastian, thank in advance. 32:18 I'm I'd make fun of his lack of proper. I didn't know was a mealie's name. All right moving on. What's 32:26 You like Tim Dillon, I loved him don't know me too you I'm almost always on the side of 32:32 Yet, he's taking he made one of these videos. I'm gonna play it. That's my clothes. Why do you think he did it? 32:40 You think he doesn't agree or is the video gonna reveal something the video's gonna reveal something. Okay, okay 32:45 All right, let's go to Patton, Patton's at the airport and he felt guilty into this. 32:52 Hey, quick message for Sebastian Manuscalco. I'm in the airport. I know you and I are used to it. 32:57 By the way, that's such an embarrassing way to start a social media video right there. 33:00 He's on Instagram going, this is for Sebastian Manuscalco. If I was to mention like Patton, 33:06 call me. What are you doing? Your agent knows my agent. Why are you doing this? 33:11 Being in the airport, we're working comedians and hi, but listen, there's a lot of up-and-coming 33:19 comedians who are depending on the money and the checks they get from Sirius and the fact 33:25 that you and I still get to tour and still get to work and still get to be as funny 33:29 as we are is because comedy right now is so dynamic and has so many new young voices 33:35 that are coming up. But 500 of them have been booted off of Sirius. He bought that channel. 33:41 I know you didn't mean to do anything bad by doing it. You can easily reverse this decision. 33:46 Get those young comedians back on the Sirius channel. Let them get those checks. Let 33:51 them keep working. Let them keep coming up. It keeps us working. It keeps the profession 33:56 that we're in, dynamic and fun. This is going on way too long. I have had way too 34:01 much coffee but anyway Sebastian come on man from one touring comedian to the 34:08 other do the right thing I don't know I saw he did a guest spot for Dave Chappelle 34:13 one so I don't think I'm seriously anymore you know did you felt it a joke 34:16 about a trans person so we hate him that's a fucking return I just remember 34:23 this now I just looked this up I forgot I didn't have this in my prep but to 34:26 You made a video. Oh, yeah. Yeah, we should probably watch the hat Bastion Manis Calco 34:30 It is your good paltuki. Have you kissed your favorite person of color today? Yeah, I hope you have 34:37 Sebastian I come here 34:38 Not to tickle your funny bone, but to tickle your heart 34:42 There are a lot of crappy comedians out there who are hoping you reconsider 34:49 quitting comedy and putting on the hat of program director. Yeah, that's serious XM 34:56 You have chosen not to play a lot of crappy comedians 35:00 who are Tukey's friend, like Chad Zumak, 35:05 the Z-Man, the Mud Shark. 35:07 Yes, that's right, you heard me. 35:09 He calls himself the Mud Shark. 35:10 Yes, we all know what Mud Shark means. 35:12 Unfortunately, Chad did it before he gave himself 35:14 that nickname and started branding himself that way. 35:18 Also comedians like Ray DeVito, 35:21 who literally has to eat his boogers to survive 35:24 every day. 35:25 That's true. 35:26 Sebastian, these are the little pilot fish of the comedy world. 35:32 And if they aren't making the little crumbs that they get from Series XM, pretty soon they'll 35:41 all have to eat their boogers to survive, just like Cleveland's own Ray DeVito. 35:48 Anyway, I hope you reconsider and bring my friends back to relevancy in the comedy world. 35:56 I know what you're saying. 35:58 They probably weren't that relevant anyway, but Tatuki, they are. 36:01 In this, we ask you, Sebastian Manascalco, please, please, won't you save the hundreds 36:11 of unfunny comedians from having to eat their own boogers? 36:16 Yeah 36:18 The great tookie everybody tookiesoup.com 36:21 Check him out. Um, I'm gonna play a few more of these Michelle Wolf. She takes us up so fucking seriously. She sucks 36:29 This message is for Sebastian man. It's Calco. It's that carrot top after trying to kill himself. No, no, no 36:34 That's Michelle Wolf. No, that's Kathy Griffin. Be nice man. Come on 36:37 That's Kathy Griffin's asshole 36:41 Without the makeup 36:44 And comedy fans everywhere series XM radio on their rod dog channel used to play like 36:50 800 comics you could turn that on and find a comic that would be your absolute favorite 36:56 who you've never heard of before since then Sebastian has acquired the channel and now 37:02 it went from about 800 working comics to around 300 comics all of which you already 37:07 You know, these are famous people. 37:08 These are influencers. 37:10 The people that are, got taken off are people 37:12 you probably don't know that are amazing, super funny. 37:17 And you just don't see them 37:17 because they're not doing some sort of stupid stick 37:19 on this thing. 37:21 So this is just so Sebastian knows about it. 37:24 So everyone can see that comics were together on this. 37:29 We want it to change. 37:31 And- 37:32 What is play, she can't pause her TV for this. 37:34 It's crazy. 37:35 She's at a daycare center. 37:36 Get off her back. 37:37 What is she listening to? 37:38 Blues clues? 37:40 It's going out of the background there. 37:42 Turning it down is not an option. 37:44 No. 37:45 She's like, fine, I'll make the fucking video. 37:47 I had to go and get a real job. 37:49 One of the bullet points. 37:50 That's the problem. 37:51 They don't realize everyone that that's what it smacks of doing it in the airport, doing 37:55 it without turning the TV down. 37:56 It's like, hold on, I just got to do some performative charity volunteer political 38:02 work and then go back to ignoring it. 38:04 This reminds me of during the pandemic where all the A-list celebrities saying imagine 38:09 And then someone spliced all together and the servers are like we're going to inspire America 38:14 We're going to be so excited. We're all coming together. No one 38:16 boo 38:18 Fucking losers. What are you doing? 38:20 Because in reality, that's really 38:23 The offense here like that's really what's the the thing that's gone wrong and it's so specific to comics 38:28 Which is so great. It's that you base your whole life on 38:32 You know tell me about your project and I'm piss on it in front of you because that's humor 38:36 So when you go but seriously now and turn to the camera 38:40 It's like the reason people don't like musicals. You don't like a musical because the second the guy stops talking and he starts 38:46 Singing you're like I'm out 38:48 Do that you're like I'm out. I just you don't I cannot take you seriously now and the fact that I mean 38:56 Imagine if the stars of a TV show got together and we're like 39:01 It's come to our attention that you cancel our show. We would really like to keep doing it 39:06 Yeah, can you please let us keep doing not the fans no TV show the six people on friends 39:11 We're making one million an episode and then we see doesn't think we get the ratings enough anymore to do that 39:17 So they're not they're canceling the show. What the fuck like any million dollars episode 39:21 I don't take it to do getting a million dollars an episode. So can we please do something about that right now? 39:25 Yes, can someone reach out to the CEO? What's his name help us out? 39:30 You know mark merits a fucking blowhard to see what he has to say 39:34 Hey 39:35 Too close 39:37 Is this good? It's Ron Berman. I thought it was Tony. Listen. There's a few ways the comics could make money 39:43 They can be on TV show they can tour they could be funny 39:47 They can host things but one of the most steady income shit 39:52 We can host things like what Mark, like a podcast? 39:55 This guy's like, all right. 39:56 Thanks for a comedian if they have recorded material 39:59 is on Sirius XM's Raw Dog. 40:02 And I make a little cash from that. 40:04 A lot of comics, hundreds of people make residuals 40:07 from being played on satellite radio 40:09 on Sirius on the Raw Dog station. 40:14 Sebastian Manascalco has taken over that station 40:17 and apparently a lot of people are losing their airtime 40:20 Which means they're losing a lot of income that they need as working-class comics. So 40:29 There's the word right there need 40:32 To each as they need I believe is what Karl Marx said 40:37 This is sort of a plea and a request for 40:40 Sebastian to make room and give all those comics their airtime back 40:46 Okay, I've heard homeless people on fentanyl muttering funny things 40:50 A bunch of times wise and serious except playing that and giving them money. They could use it. They're out of fentanyl 40:58 This is so stupid. All right, let's play Chad. Let's play Tim and then we'll get out 41:01 We'll move on with our lives 41:02 Chad zoom of course is a part of this movement. So I first learned about it was from Chad zoomock not getting checks anymore 41:09 So good on him man. This is he's part of a big thing 41:13 Hey everyone, it's the z-man and I'm a part of a movement 41:17 It I'm not talking bow movement either 41:20 shot no 41:23 Without his roadcasts without roadcasters at the same 41:31 Shot no a bunch of comics are coming together to let our voices be heard 41:36 I've been very fortunate to have my comedy being played on series XM for the past 15 years 41:41 I've had raw dog exclusives raw dog takeovers 41:44 I like to think all the programmers along the way from Paul to Jack Vaughn to head of Sears XM. Thank you so much 41:51 No, I'm recording this outside the freeway entrance of the high five down by what are you doing? Where is he? 41:58 I don't know. He's got a Mexican filling up his car for him or something 42:01 I want to give Chad credit for something. This is the first one. I've seen where he's like 42:05 I appreciate they played myself for so long and thank you to this person and that person 42:09 I know he's doing the name drop thing, but still he's being appreciative 42:12 This is the thing that everyone else is missing here. They don't appreciate that money came in at a certain point 42:17 They're just pissed that's not coming in anymore, right? Oh 42:20 Joan Rivers, she needs the fucking money. It's like don't focus on Joan Rivers. We all like her 42:26 That's not the point, you know, they did write a thing that's being played on a channel. That's making money for it 42:32 Right. Okay to expect money for it. It's just this fucking tone. Yeah crazy 42:36 They were just like you're losing independent movies. Why are you getting rid of the indie movie channel? 42:41 Bring it back. We love those movies. That's great. Yeah, this is like, you know, how is Boris Koroloff at his family gonna eat? 42:48 All right, so I'm giving Chad credit. He's showing a little bit of gratitude to start off 42:54 for all the exposure and 42:56 The financial compensation that came with that because you get paid from serious XM sound exchange checks 43:02 Which have been very lucrative at times and helped me out during the pandemic and tough times 43:07 And I counted on those sound exchange checks for a long time and hold on during the pandemic Chad had a go fund me 43:14 And then he stole credit cards out of blockers at the gym 43:17 Sound exchange is what I'm saying. Okay. Sure. I still do. It's a big part of our income out there when we're out there touring 43:24 trying to make specials and 43:27 Tour he is trying to make a special I give him that you know the things the comics do you like? 43:33 touring trying to make specials 43:38 Unfortunately, and fortunately, in April, our fellow comedian, Sebastian Manuscalco, our old friend, Sebastian, got his own channel. 43:46 He took over Raw Dog. Now it's called Sebastian Manuscalco Comedy. Congratulations, Sebastian. You're awesome. 43:51 You are awesome, Sebastian. 43:51 You worked your way from the bottom as a server at the Four Seasons. Now you're one of the biggest comedians in the world. Congratulations. 43:57 But unfortunately, 600 comedians got cut, and we were counting on those sound exchange checks and the exposure, 44:04 and we've been replaced by comedians like Bob Hope or Joan Rivers, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, 44:12 which I don't think are hurting financially and I think are pretty established and we know their 44:19 comedy. So I'm hoping Sebastian or Sebastian's fans or Sirius XM sees this and they understand 44:26 how important it is to break these artists to find the next Sebastian, to find the next 44:31 and Shane Gillis or the Nate Bargazzi 44:33 and put our comedy back in the system. 44:36 All right, again, I'm gonna give Chad credit. 44:38 He actually raised up a good point. 44:40 This is a way to define lesser known comedians. 44:43 So the fact that you're just putting on 44:44 these well-known established comedians, 44:46 you know, you're missing out on the opportunity. 44:48 It's not that Chad deserves a paycheck 44:51 and should have his same fucking chunks played 44:53 for the 800th time on this channel. 44:56 That's not how any of this works. 44:57 But you have to understand that classic rock radio is going to play Boston and Queen and 45:06 Pink Floyd. 45:07 That's why people tune into it. 45:08 That's what they want to fuck it here. 45:10 Not some B-side off a band they never heard of. 45:14 That's why independent radio exists or college radio is for that kind of shit and they don't 45:18 make any money. 45:19 No one's tuned into it. 45:20 And especially when a corporation is just starting or on their way down in entertainment, 45:24 they rely on celebrities. 45:26 Yes, that's the last 45:28 Least risk thing they can write so that's what they're doing. They're anything. That's not a guarantee these other things 45:35 I don't think serious is like really a radio station anymore 45:39 I think it's just a stock and it has to it's all about the appearance of this stock looking good 45:45 And that's how you makes shareholders happy. They don't want any risk 45:50 They want to see those names and feel like the stock is gonna stay where it is 45:54 Everything else is just irrelevant. These people don't understand that other like they're giving money to Steven A. Smith 45:59 Steven a Smith has a fucking name and a brand and people like oh, Steven a Smith is part of that company 46:05 It must be a good company that's doing well 46:09 Not the comedians. No one's ever heard 46:12 You'd be helping us out a 46:14 Great deal. So please 46:17 Corporations are not charities. They don't give a shit. Hey, can you help us out? Uh, no, how about no and retweet this? 46:24 Like it share it because 46:27 We don't know what else to do and maybe Sebastian doesn't even know but Sebastian could be a hero and 46:34 Find the next guy and get their name out there. Let their voices be heard. So thanks for your time. That's my video 46:40 Bye 46:41 So I'll give credit to Chad. He didn't just follow the script. Although he probably doesn't know how to follow a script 46:46 He didn't he didn't get the bullet points the way everyone else did 46:49 But happy for him that he actually is part of this movement and I heard about it first from him 46:56 So good to do Dylan's Tim's. Yeah, I just I just thought I'd saved it 46:59 But I guess I didn't so I just found it on his 47:02 Instagram I noticed a lot of these are addressing Sebastian like hey man 47:06 And a lot of them are ending with there's a good chance Sebastian doesn't know 47:10 Which is mm. Was that that's what's weird about this whole thing is like 47:15 That you can give money to this this 47:25 This is a crazy thing. The reason why they're raising money is to donate over here and make 47:31 an impact. Donate to make direct impact on supporting comedians in need. 20, 50, 100, 47:36 250. This seems like a joke. When you find out what they do, their services, they have 47:43 grant program. Our grant program is focused on providing one time financial assistance when time 47:47 to get tough. So if you're a comic and you can't get booked, you reach out to them. They have 47:52 workshops. Click the link below to sign up for our comedian mailing list to get notified about 47:57 monthly workshops related to topics like comedy albums and audio rights, how to track your 48:02 expenses for text purposes, managing mental health while on the road and more. It's, it's 48:09 It's fucking weird, man. 48:11 So they have education-based programs. 48:14 Yeah, what's weird about it? 48:15 Many grant programs, 48:16 because these people choose a profession. 48:18 So I was in marketing. 48:20 Is there a nonprofit organization that's like, 48:21 are you bad at marketing? 48:23 Do you wanna sign up for a grant 48:24 so that you get money 48:25 because you're not making money on marketing? 48:27 Like, what do comedians get this? 48:29 Well, everywhere else in the world, 48:31 there's money allocated for arts. 48:33 There's actual grants, there's actual scholarships. 48:36 There's like, in other countries, 48:37 if you wanna make a movie, 48:38 They'll they'll just help you because they want Austria to be known for movies 48:42 So the government I can't tell you how many indie films have the government stamp on it. We have any of that shut the fuck up 48:53 But it's true, there's just very few resources the Union doesn't really do much for you anymore 48:58 There's very few places to go where if you want to do this you can and I I know the opinion of a lot of people watching this 49:04 But your people independently funding something outside that you believe in this show if patreon made an announcement and said $4 of that 49:12 $5 is now going not to the creator 49:15 You guys would give a shit and you'd probably feel like that was unfair 49:18 I'm not saying that's what's happening here, but there there's just not enough 49:22 Resources for people like that that want to keep doing it that do have side jobs and that do we do enjoy 49:28 So I'm always in favor of that. It's just the tone of this thing that I think is all fucked up 49:33 All right, so this is where you and I fundamentally disagree and I understand what you're saying 49:37 And there's probably a lot of truth in what you're saying and this is important for the arts 49:40 And I appreciate the arts of a musician as you know all that said 49:44 The way I started this podcast was a hobby on my free time and I built it to something where then it was my job 49:50 And these comics are like I pretty profession. I'm not good at and I'm not making enough money 49:53 Can you please give me money? That's fucking bullshit. Get a job. How many times have we told? 49:59 A chance you might get a job in some way. You can be making sandwiches right now 50:03 Yeah, I see for charitable 50:04 Separate things like the Kowsky or any artist will tell you getting that job will only help your art and help everything 50:10 You're trying to do that's the move. It's not great that they're leaving this channel 50:13 It's not great that the channel is going away, but why does Tim Dylan say this then? 50:19 All right, it's in the green room. That's a man with a job Tony P. That's a working man 50:24 That's a working man. He gets it you do the shit on the side if you're successful 50:28 He turned into your full-time gig. 50:30 Let's see what Tim Dillon has to say about this. 50:32 And Tim put a lot of work into it. 50:33 You can see his leg and baddies probably just 50:35 in boxer shorts or something. 50:37 He couldn't get any closer. 50:38 He could only get the tummy dick. 50:39 He didn't apply his make-up. 50:42 I'm making this post because Sebastian Menescalco 50:45 has decided to genocide a lot of comedians 50:48 that used to make a living on Sirius XM Raw Dog radio. 50:52 A lot of younger or maybe lesser known comedians 50:55 who had had their content played on Sirius 50:58 and were compensated for it are no longer being played on raw dogs. 51:05 So Sebastian's an awesome, amazing guy, and I'm sure that he will fix that. 51:11 The Italians did side with Hitler in World War II, which I don't love, but World War 51:18 II is also interesting. 51:19 A lot of people are now kind of reexamining that, which I don't know that. 51:22 See, this is what Wendy Cummings wishes she was, right? 51:25 She wishes he was funny and provocative like this and Tim just doesn't effortlessly which is why he's great 51:30 That's the greatest way to go, but that is happening 51:34 and 51:36 Yeah, so I just wanted to make this post to 51:40 Tell him that he's my daddy and 51:44 I know that daddy's gonna do the right thing 51:48 Okay, so my opinion you tell me what you think Adam is that he's period it parrot. It's a parody 51:54 What's the word I'm looking to try? I'm trying to use producer Chris. You're doing fine. Fuck you 51:58 This is like second time in two days. I've done that to Chris. This is a parody of all these videos. You see all these comics do it 52:04 Maybe it's not 52:08 Sing a pattern I'm seeing the pattern as well. So I'm so aware enough 52:14 What do you think about it? Why do you think Tim did that? I think it's absolutely both 52:19 That's what I would hope I would have done in that situation 52:21 I would if my comics asked me to do something I would say yes, no matter what because we're brothers in this thing 52:28 But my below so here is exactly what you asked for but anybody really listening 52:32 It's like when they asked Bob Dylan to comment on what Timothy Shalamey did in a complete unknown 52:39 And he was like it's a great movie and I'm sure Timmy does a great job 52:43 Right like he were a long nice. Yeah, you want a tweet here. It is here's my comment 52:49 And I'm gonna say I haven't seen it and that's what he did 52:51 He didn't let them down, but he let us know that 52:54 There's maybe more important things going on right now. Well credit to the comics who actually made it funny and 53:01 It's a lot of it's embarrassing 53:02 There's hundreds of videos out there when Mark Norman did that that was the most effort to look casual like if you read about 53:09 Engagement they're like you got to have movement at the top and then movement at the end 53:13 And he did exactly that trying to look like oh hi there comedy. Yep 53:17 All right, we're gonna move on to our 53:21 This comes in from Nick Tucker the Kirk Minahan show my buddy blind Mike is on this show 53:26 It was gone for a while. It comes back from time to time and they're talking to 53:31 this producer on the show and 53:34 They're talking about a thing that Richard gear is pretty famous for 53:38 That a lot of us have heard about and I guess the producers unaware of this 53:47 It's gonna be a memory thing. What do you think David's Richard here in a gerbil? Well, it sounds bad, but what do you think? 53:55 That he let it touch him in some kind of way 54:05 Richard I'm gonna touch your penis. I give consent shoved up his ass 54:09 Yes, you buy a boat, you do that. 54:12 Somehow there's a guy in the world 54:14 who doesn't know that the rumor about Richard Keer 54:17 putting a gerbil in his ass, like, 54:18 I don't know, is this Pat or something? 54:20 Are they friends? 54:22 The high five, watching the game? 54:24 What was going on? 54:26 Anyway, that's the great blind mic 54:28 in Kirk Minahan and the other guys 54:31 from the Kirk Minahan show. 54:32 It's our country of the week. 54:33 All right, let's get to the main course. 54:35 This is why people are here. 54:37 Maybe he's a little overexposed on the shooly network, but we have a rebirth here on who are these podcasts 54:44 We have Tony P from OP unfiltered coming up 55:03 Tony welcome to the show buddy good to see you 55:06 What's going on gentlemen? How are you? Can you be good? I can hear you great. Well, you got your new microphone 55:11 You get your setup now. I got my setup man. They paid for it over at the shooly network, man 55:16 That's awesome. I had to go back for it. I had to go back for a second day, man 55:20 They gave this role to me on the first day 55:21 I bought all of this shit and it's working great and I'm glad to be here on the right side of fucking history 55:26 You were great 55:40 Number so you were great on the shooting at work really enjoyed you with Anthony on there 55:46 This past weekend and then it was two nights ago. You were on there again and talking about 55:52 Opie's response to you being on the channel him and Eric Marino 55:57 I'm so glad they focus on Eric Marino's teeth 56:00 Jesus what a rotten. Yeah, it's a terrible, huh? They look like a bunch of candy corns 56:05 It's brutal 56:07 It's also fucking awful. He's also wildly unfunny. I 56:11 Have a real problem with Eric Marino's style of comedy 56:14 He runs everybody does into the ground and then it's all callbacks after that 56:18 I don't know if you found him as frustrating as that's why he makes everybody 17% funny because he's like 30% worse 56:25 Maybe a hundred percent worse than everybody else. There's other people up by him going down 56:30 Correct. It's like me. You throw me on the screen with those guys every I look like I'm not 11 on the screen 56:37 Now they're fighting with each other. You know what? 56:39 All right, so here's what we're gonna do Tony and I appreciate your time here 56:42 I have your Venmo up on the scroll Tony dash pop a dog if you want to support our buddy Tony P 56:48 I appreciate it Tony, of course got a guest spot on Jim Norton show Friday night at the Paramount 56:56 We're in Detroit at the time 56:58 But I heard good things and we're gonna talk about yeah performance. We're gonna play car. Yeah, hold on one sec 57:04 By the way call I saw the video who are you on mark? What's his name mark P? Come on stop with the bullshit 57:10 You know it's Tony P. I know I was I was on 57:13 Drew Lane show and I just I was calling everyone mark for a second 57:17 Okay, no worries. I like a brain injury or something. I don't know what happened 57:22 But I apologize. I just realized hmm. I need to give some love to the people who are giving us love 57:27 supertip.dg slash W ATP 57:30 Starting here freeze 15 Tony P. Does hope we have a family or not? Oh 57:35 We'll get into that, but I loved your video. 57:37 We played it in Detroit where you're like, 57:39 how was I'm on phone calls with this guy for an hour 57:40 at a time and never wants his like, 57:43 his daughter's needs a ride to volleyball 57:45 or his wife's saying, are you gonna go grab envelopes 57:47 at the store? 57:48 Like you never hear anything. 57:50 Never, never, never, never, never nothing, bro. 57:53 Never nothing. 57:54 The guy, half the time he doesn't pick up the phone 57:56 and then when he picks up the phone, it's just silent. 57:58 Listen, I get it. 58:00 He probably has a big huge apartment 58:01 and he runs in a corner or something. 58:03 then, you know, he's got the luxury of doing that. 58:05 Me, you know, I fought and my wife hears me. 58:09 Right. I ain't got that kind of room. 58:11 You mentioned you'd seen WATP before. 58:15 Did you first get that idea about 58:18 Opie's family from one of these shows or this show? 58:21 Or was it just something you observed? 58:24 No, no, no. 58:25 They was from here. 58:26 Of course it was a hundred percent. 58:27 Yeah, I don't wanna, now I could. 58:29 No, I was hoping it was the opposite. 58:31 I was hoping. 58:32 I 58:33 Could spill all the beans now because you know like I like to fuck around the same way when you know 58:37 I went at Carl. I said I think Carl wants to have sex with me. You know, I mean, that's one thing 58:41 I posted on my Instagram. I didn't have Twitter. I didn't know everybody on here is on Twitter. You get me 58:46 That's why no, that was correct. You're not on with that 58:50 Nipples repairs, I was like this guy's DTF 58:53 No, it's just one of them man. It's just one nipple, bro. If I go if we that's another that's another episode 58:58 You're missing the point 59:01 Marketing you said I used to be I know you from marketing. Wait. Did you work in New York? No, I'm in Rochester, New York 59:09 Okay, then I don't know. Yeah, he just looks like a real New York type chain 59:13 Two says Tony can go screw 59:16 He has that opi stick all over him and now he has that shooly stick all over him 59:21 Ftsn 59:22 That guy's been going at me all day on Twitter. Fuck that. Oh, really? He's following you around 59:27 That's fun. Yeah, he's been fucking don't don't let it don't let him know bothers you 59:31 That sigler Tony did surely make you sign an NDA about his height 59:37 I have no he did not 59:42 Multiple times I can tell he's a pretty short man that sigler tonight. I'm bacon bets. We do a tour of his trailer 59:48 Well, that's exciting. Yeah, check out bacon bits tonight a Carl cheeseburger. I think he's a family member 59:54 Tony one. Did you know all along that opi is an evil bastard, too? 59:57 Did you know he would turn on new three? Did you plan to enter the devil verse from the jump a lot of questions? 60:04 Okay, let's go number one is no I didn't know he was an evil bastard. I knew nothing of him 60:09 I knew absolutely nothing zero zero about I just knew opi and Anthony existed 60:15 I knew it was a big show. I'm like all right. Maybe this guy's got some connections. Let's see where this goes 60:20 We see where it went I 60:23 Found out he was an evil bastard. So you didn't know he was obviously didn't know that 60:27 Yeah. Yeah. Obviously. No, yeah. I didn't. Again, I said it before. 60:31 I don't think I've ever had that much hate in me to hate somebody so much 60:36 to tell another person, no, you can't even associate with that person. 60:39 Yeah. It's a very weird thing to tell another adult, isn't it? 60:42 Yep. Yep. 60:43 It's one thing if your kid is hanging out with like the drug addicts in school, 60:46 but if you're trying to tell another dog you can be friends with, like, that's weird. 60:51 Correct. If your brother's hanging out with Satan, tell him, you know, 60:53 that's Satan, dude, you might want to fucking rethink what the hell you're doing. 60:56 right and 60:58 You know the guys the track is what the hell do you want me? 61:00 He turned on me immediately wasn't it wasn't even like there was a question there 61:04 But I didn't know that he hated them that much 61:08 Yes, I hated Jim. That's it's ridiculous Jim. Never say fucking boo about opi. It's retarded 61:15 Even if you knew that he hated them 61:16 You didn't know that there was like an edict a law that says you're not allowed to perform with certain comics like that 61:22 Would be something you would mention before you 61:26 Everyone knows that. 61:28 Well, if he's not a comic, fucking idiot. 61:30 That's how everyone knows that. 61:31 You're not a comic, bro. 61:32 If you haven't never done it, then what do you know? 61:35 Oh yeah, he's a big, what did he do? 61:36 What did he used to do? 61:37 Spin records? 61:38 He spins records, right? 61:39 He's a radio guy. 61:40 He knows I used to go for this sports team 61:42 and now I'm moving to Boston 61:43 and I'm gonna root for the exact opposite team. 61:45 It's a job. 61:46 Like you didn't know you're not allowed 61:48 to work for teams on that, you know. 61:50 I'm gonna say it right here. 61:52 This is the worst trade since they let Babe Ruth 61:55 Go from Boston you understand and you see what happened. That's right. I've been on a fucking downward spiral as it's very 62:00 Yeah, the curse of the Tony Tino 62:02 I was trying to work in Bambino. There might be some working-class comedians, but leeches 62:07 Oh shit gotta be for this or Chris. I can see you in two different places 62:11 There might be some working-class comedians, but leeches 62:14 On society like Chad's you Michael attach themselves to this and give them a bad name. That is true 62:21 the great 62:22 Tukey coming in, surely did it. 62:27 OK, Michael Polarito evening, everyone. 62:31 I have no idea how to work super tips. 62:34 Hell, I don't even know how to get the audio to play for the characters. 62:38 Totally fucked up the creep off today. 62:40 Hashtag fuck face. 62:42 I mean, if you missed the creep off today, of course, 62:44 we need I had like a little spat over him running the super tips 62:48 away, he does, which I was in the wrong about. 62:51 And then he was playing him today and the audio wasn't coming through and I didn't know that cuz I could hear it and 62:55 Vito called me during the show and I pulled a beat off like hey, what's up, man? 62:58 He's like no one can hear the audio of this here. That's like 63:00 Should I say something? 63:03 Deep service. Hey Tony you fucking moron the mic goes in front of your mouth act like you've held one 63:10 Stop twitching like you got a pee fucking fannock. Hey 63:14 All right, man, this guy's wild, bro 63:18 Crazy what the fuck listen, it's not coming through there you jackass. It's actually coming through here 63:22 This is you know, this is Mac Mac takes all of this and puts it into this and that's what I'm actually using right now 63:27 That's why I sound proper Tony. I gotta go fuck himself. Do not fight with the chest 63:33 You could do it's a fight with the jet 63:38 I'm sorry. Thank you for the five dollars. Yes 63:41 Yes, you're absolutely right. This thing goes right here. And if it got it, you want, I'll stick it up my ass if you want. Okay. 63:48 Yeah. We're going to watch both Ron and Obi Pailan. This is from yesterday morning. I know Ron had a lot of things to say about you. 63:58 This is how the show opens up. 64:00 Good morning to you, my friend. 64:02 Obi, I'm so tired. Do you know why? 64:05 Oh man. 64:06 Why? Why are you tired? 64:08 It's exhausting opening up for Anthony Kumia 64:12 The demands this guy has 64:15 More scotch more whiskey the groanies. Oh my god, right? You're going right at it right away. I love you. I'm tired 64:24 Our family 64:25 What are you tired from this guy looks the shovel did you not see this yet from did you 64:36 Okay, okay, let's give me funny then. I can you know, I listen I leave I leave stuff for you 64:41 I'm not stupid. You know, I know I wish you on surely twice. I'm I leave stuff for you. I appreciate that 64:47 So Ron comes out of the gate with a bomb. Oh 64:51 Open it for Anthony so difficult. He wants scotch and whiskey. This guy's a fucking waiter 64:57 Fucking idiot you see what happened in my life 65:04 was actually true this guy makes things up and he believes them to be true which is unlike you know that guy 65:10 I'm here and that guy makes stuff up and like he creates his own little universe. It's crazy Tony. I don't you probably 65:16 haven't followed the arc of Ron the waiter on WTP. We all supported him and him bought him a mattress 65:23 we've donated hundreds of dollars and a thousands to his Venmo and all he's done has been ungrateful 65:29 and a prick about it and 65:31 We're all done with Ron Berman. He's a miserable unfunny tarred 65:37 I'm done with them good good for you guys and to be honest look 65:40 I forgot I wanted to say this before but it kind of got sidetracked. I 65:45 Used to watch you guys, but I wasn't allowed to be like I you know 65:48 You guys suck and stuff like I would have to say I wouldn't say nothing honestly 65:52 But I would watch our show and be entertained about our show through watching you guys 65:58 That makes any sense. I appreciate that. Let's find out why opi's tired. Our family got hit with food poisoning 66:06 so this is funny and 66:09 You don't want to buy new food and everything's in your fridge. It's probably spoiled 66:13 So I think what's happening here 66:16 None of this is real of course. I feel like I hit with food poisoning, but opi's fine 66:20 He doesn't eat with his family. That's weird 66:23 But it's also it's odd that all of a sudden opi has a family anecdote 66:28 Now everyone's talking about like, yeah, I mean, even Tony P who's touching on the phone 66:32 is saying like, I don't hear any evidence. There's a family around. Now we'll be just 66:36 like, yeah, somebody, I think there's more here. We'll check this out. This is crazy. 66:39 So I've been up since, uh, I don't know, three AM. We're, we're trying to figure out 66:43 where the food poisoning came from, but, uh, I'll be honest, the wife gets to sleep. 66:51 No. Oh my God. No. She was the one actually getting the Pepto in the water and the 66:56 and the cold rags. No, of course not. 67:01 Didn't he just take his family out to like for his daughter's birthday and stuff like that? 67:05 It was his daughter's birthday. Yeah. Where did he feed him? Like the halal guy in the corner? 67:10 Yeah, I would imagine it was street fair. Yeah, he can't remember. He can't figure out how 67:15 they all got food poisoning together because they all eat so many meals together 67:19 at the same place at the same time. It could be anything. 67:22 Hey, I don't know if you have the clip and I pulled this package together for us. He did a great job 67:26 I watched through these but I don't give the clip but I saw that opi said like his daughter came into their room 67:32 And like while they were in bed to let him to let him know that she was sick like he did mention that yeah 67:37 Yeah, so go to their parents rude back. Mommy daddy. Oh my tummy hurts 67:43 What's he talking about? It's all made up. No, this is real. I 67:47 Don't know. That's weird shit. It's weird 67:49 People's parents parents to weird things bro my my one of my cousins had chocolate milk milk fed to him 67:56 Upon wake up you understand like his mother would put a straw in his mouth with chocolate milk 68:01 That's just weird. He did it till he was 20 years old. No, he still does that he calls it mommy's milk 68:06 He does so but I think what you put on that something really smart 68:11 Yes, suddenly he's mentioning his kids because he's been getting a lot of flack about that 68:15 But also this is the and this is what upsets me. It's the only time he consistently mentions them 68:21 Is when he needs an infallible excuse for something when any the the the push comes to shove 68:27 He's like I can't pay you my kids my dog on the day of my daughter's 68:34 After that of course, but you're not gonna deny me seeing my daughter cuz you're so great. Are you Tony? 68:40 Is that what you're gonna do? 68:42 Man, I was dangling and checking there was a clip that Shuli played when you were on Monday night with them that I was watching and 68:50 Opies out with Eric Marino. It's a morning show. They get done like 8 a.m. 68:54 It'll be goes all right 68:55 I got to go I got my daughter to volleyball practice and I think frog pointed out it's like 69:00 What kid at Monday morning 8 a.m. Is volleyball practice you go to school? 69:04 Right opi's to bring his kid to volleyball practice at 8 a.m. On a Monday like he's bad at making up that he has kids 69:10 Yeah, New York City 1617 they had taken a train or they're walking or they're meeting friends 69:15 I'm gonna listen. I could tell you one thing. He's praying. He's praying that that scholarship comes through 69:21 That's why he's up at eight o'clock in the morning taking the weather the fuck 69:23 You know she's going because he doesn't want to pay for that fucking college. You get me 69:27 Tony, I don't think he's doing anything and the fact that he acts like he has to get them ready for school 69:31 He's to take them places 69:32 He adds those details because that's what a bad liar does right they think that it adds some 69:37 I gotta remember I started a volleyball practice. 69:40 Yeah, it makes it more legitimate somehow. 69:41 So hold on one second, you mean to tell me that people are really under the impression 69:45 that this guy just lives in an empty house and then goes into an empty house 69:49 and there's nobody around. 69:50 Do you remember when there's doggy? 69:52 There's doggy, that's consistent. 69:54 There was one time, Tony, when you were asking to go by the Hamptons house 69:57 and he had been back and forth between the New York City place and the Hamptons house 70:00 and it got real confusing as to why he was doing that 70:04 And it's something like well, we had these five days that my wife and I were supposed to spend together 70:08 And then she just ended up going with the kids somewhere out 70:11 There's always an excuse for the last couple years that I've been doing this as to why they're not together 70:16 So the theory is is that they're either separated or they're not spending as much time together because he swears 70:21 He never wants to talk about them unless he needs an excuse that he's happy to use them 70:28 All right, so I can tell you bro. I can tell you privately speaking 70:32 He told me once he said oh, you know, I was speaking to my wife about you 70:38 That was in private and it happened once over the course of the year 70:41 But again, like I said, she was like breathing or if there was a smell 70:50 For all I know Ron could have eaten I have no idea 70:53 I mean, so my cat passed away 60 years ago. We have the ashes upstairs in the foyer 70:58 I see Judd talking to her all the time. So maybe that's what he's talking about. She's 71:04 like this Tony P guy. He's a real lightning round. I'm like, what are you telling Suki 71:09 Yaki? Why are you telling him? All right. So this is OPS Ron, what his take is on Tony 71:15 P. 71:16 And I got to be honest, he's pretty much the biggest piece of garbage I've ever 71:21 met in my life. And I've got to tell you why a week ago today, we were all on 71:25 the same page we all were believing in this live stream 71:29 we were all believing in the opium filter podcast. I had a 71:32 very very nice conversation with the guy but he failed to 71:35 mention that he was going to screw me a day later I said hey 71:38 I just met with Ronnie babes I just we had a lovely meal at a 71:43 diner a game of check I got something right let me get my 71:47 daughter's birthday let's get together let's get a meal 71:50 let's get a beer, you know, and, you know, and celebrate a little bit. 71:55 Because this, this opium filter podcast had a very good summer. 71:58 This day, he turns into the biggest piece of garbage out there. 72:04 What a pin. 72:06 What is this guy fucking retarded? 72:08 I have an iPhone. 72:09 It actually clocks the date and the time that text messages were sent. 72:15 You idiot. 72:15 It's called technology. 72:16 Right. 72:17 Okay. 72:17 So I have proof. 72:18 What did they say? 72:19 I don't lie. 72:19 the text say what was it really but I mean it was a shit ton of text you know 72:24 the text was I got a fucking I got it I got a gig opening for somebody that you 72:33 used to work with the response was who Jim Norton the next answer the next 72:41 text was I can't use you anymore yep use you I can't use you correct words 72:47 Love your your Instagram really put on the show. It's like I good cuz I don't want to be used like the fact that that's the word 72:53 Oh be used 72:55 You know is telling you see what this jackass doesn't realize is he can lie as much as he want 73:01 He could say all he spoke to the police book on the following in this and not not in this 73:05 He didn't tell me that he had a check with me 73:08 Until maybe I don't know 60 texts later back and forth back and forth back and forth 73:13 We were going and that's the very end of it 73:16 He was like, oh, yeah, you know something? 73:17 Well, I met with Ron and I gave him a check. 73:20 You know, I met him at the diner 73:22 and I gave him your dangle in the diner in front of me. 73:24 What are you gonna do? 73:24 Take the cheeseburger and give me the fries. 73:26 You fucking cheap bastard. 73:29 And yeah, he was like, oh, I was gonna give you a check. 73:32 I was gonna meet up with you. 73:32 That's why I wanted to meet up with you at the diner 73:34 to give you a check. 73:35 You're full of shit. 73:36 You're full of shit, dude. 73:37 And if you have a check and I worked for it, 73:39 you should send it to me. 73:41 If you think in your bones that I was worthy 73:43 of a check opi mr. Opi hold on one second hold on one second where's my camera where's my camera if you 73:49 think that that I was worthy of a check then send it to me because I earned it you know what I mean 73:54 I'll give it to that fucking right that fucking cheese eating right Tony I heard you saying that 74:00 you actually paid opi to be at a show 700 dollars it cost me to do gabhards 700 bucks that's 74:08 And I got a ticket it was a hundred and five dollar ticket at one point in time 74:13 So explain that real quick. Why did opi charge you to do the Gavard show? I 74:20 Don't know what the hell he was thinking because he's like all I threw my card down 74:23 No, you never threw your card down your cheap bastard your cheap best 74:26 And my wife actually came out and me and my wife paid for our fucking cells 74:29 He never bought food. He would wait for the specials to come out 74:33 He would chop it up and that's what it would cost me if I wanted to drink 74:36 If I wanted to have a good time a night out between parking and drinks and whatever it would cost me at least $70 a 74:44 70 times 10 is 700 when I made when I gave him the math of its 700. He said, oh, well your check was going to be bigger than that 74:51 Yeah, oh, yeah, you fucked up Tony. Wow. Yeah, I fucked up. Meanwhile, Jim Norton had a ton of cash for 74:59 Doing a guest spot at the Paramount. So he was doing a guest spot. He was like, yo, here take this very generous very generous 75:06 And then I went on shooly and I got all of this this nice stuff and took people out to dinner 75:11 Do you understand what I'm saying? So well if you look outside your window right now, you're gonna see a new car 75:17 from WATV 75:20 I'm here. I'm here to stick it to that fuck. That's why I'm here 75:25 Because because car I had no idea you were the king of the hill 75:28 I had no idea that I was sitting with the creator of the fucking dabble first 75:32 All right, here you are buddy. You made it. We have 75:34 1,000 people watching live right now. Thank you for being here hit like hit subscribe and donate to the great Tony P 75:41 At Tony dash Papa dog on Venmo. You can but if you don't want to listen 75:46 I'm you can but I'm not used to this kind of treatment. You understand so I understand but I have a job 75:52 I go to work every day. I'm not like Ron begging for shit and stealing other people's money. You're fucking bastard 75:59 Stop me stop send me my check send me my check. Yeah, that's ridiculously would dangle that in front of you 76:04 And then to say he had a great summer. Yeah, based on what great primers $10 super chance to talking about listen 76:11 I can tell you from from my own personal experience 76:15 I pulled in one day at least $100 in super chats myself because I was selling about I was selling the buttons 76:21 Ten dollars a button. Yep, and some people 76:31 man. I love it. I love it. I made the highlight reel. Beautiful. There's a lot of rumors about 76:39 me. Let's dispel those right now. Let's get into some doorman chat on the show. Easy. 76:45 All right. Chris gave us $20. Good morning. Oh, make sure you tip your doorman. If you 76:49 go outside today, I go through the side door there, Chris. I don't, I, I'm embarrassed. 76:54 No way though. I'm embarrassed. I got a doorman with white gloves on that holds the door for me 77:00 I always go in the service 77:03 Just do 77:05 There's no way opi's tipping a doorman unless it's fucking December right now there you go 77:12 Yeah, those tips are coming soon. Anyway, Ron. How are you? Okay? 77:15 I think you got a lot to say today 77:17 Don't this fucking multi-millionaire is embarrassed because the doorman has white gloves on so it's to sneak out 77:24 the service door, which is way more embarrassing. 77:26 He takes a service elevator too 77:29 because he doesn't want to tip anyone. 77:31 It's called being poor, not embarrassed. 77:34 And Tony, he forgets that he's told us this many times 77:38 that that's why he takes the service elevator. 77:40 So for him to lie to our faces just like that, 77:43 it's why we believe you when you say 77:45 he didn't offer you any money 77:46 because we see these inconsistencies. 77:48 There's no money coming in. 77:50 There's no money coming. 77:51 Bro, when you're cutting up a sandwich, 77:52 which when you can't say, you know something and listen, 77:56 I understand you got kids that go into school, 77:58 you're paying for school, you don't have no money. 78:00 That's not assume anything, you know. 78:03 Okay, I'm trying to assume the best. 78:06 I'm just, I'm trying to say, okay, man, listen, 78:09 I'm believing in you. 78:10 You got all this shit going on. 78:11 You got no money. 78:12 I get it. 78:14 Sell something, dude. 78:15 It's at the point where you gotta sell something. 78:17 You're sitting on 14 million. 78:19 Like that apartment, somebody, 78:21 I don't know. I was doing my research said that he bought that thing for seven million back when so it's gotta be 78:27 You sit on 14 million dudes. Have you ever mentioned this to him? I 78:32 Mentioned it to him and he's trying to tell me how I'm gonna buy a house here. I'm gonna buy a house there 78:36 And I'm telling him no you need to buy a house here. He's not listening to me 78:39 You know what I mean? So do what you want, bro. I don't give a shit 78:42 I get to I get to sleep a little more, you know curl with my wife put my you seen my wife's tits 78:48 You've seen my wife, but I know she's very attractive without makeup on 78:53 Yes, because these guys I can't I can't that bothers me that this guy's fucking whacking off to my wife the fucking one all right 79:00 Hey, Tony, I have a question. You mentioned your wife and 79:05 The first time I heard you mentioned Jim Norton was when you were talking about her listening to Anthony and Jim 79:10 Yeah, and the weather really seemed to change 79:13 around there with opi's reaction to that he did not take kindly to that was that 79:19 the turn do you think he's had it in for you then was that a big deal I don't know 79:24 I don't know if he I think he was playing it and you know that that's this 79:29 is what I don't understand this is what my intention was I'm gonna give you 79:33 guys what my intention was when I reached out to Jim Norton I didn't 79:37 know that this guy hated him that much. But I did know that Anthony and Jim, the second 79:47 they put their show out, they were getting 100,000 views. That's what I did know. So 79:51 I said, okay, the audience is bigger on that side. I don't know why the audience is bigger 79:55 than on that side. But Anthony was a working class guy. I'm a working class guy. Anthony 80:00 reached out to me and said, you know something I appreciate your home, your humor. I'm 80:07 be let me be or try to be the next Anthony. Let me try to save this guy from fucking self-destruction 80:14 and reach out to the other side. Yeah. You know, I tried to talk to him about reaching out to the 80:20 other side and he just cut me off, cut me off, cut me off. So I'm going to do it myself. Yeah, 80:24 I reached out to him about that. And so, you, he, hope he never brought us up. There was 80:29 never a discussion about who are these podcasts or the dabble verse. Like he just pretends 80:33 It's out of sight out of mind but then as soon as like this happens. It's like a huge deal 80:37 You're supposed you're supposed to know about it 80:40 Correct well listen, but that's what he does and he's very good at what should be called it 80:45 He's very good at hiding stuff from whoever still listens if there's 20 people listening 80:50 Those people have no idea that this is going on. I had no idea that this dabble verse was I 80:58 Knew who are these podcasts and that's all I knew right you know 81:01 I mean that's what came across my YouTube and now I find out that there's there's surely there's this there's that 81:07 There's people reaching out to me. I had no idea. I had no idea that any of this existed. You get me 81:13 I was sheltered from it right and the people that I guess still following him from back when they're sheltered from 81:19 They watch Facebook. It's it's totally different if you go to Facebook and watch who's watching and look in the chat 81:25 And then go to YouTube and watch who's watching and look at and look at the chat and while I was on the show 81:30 I was doing both. Yeah. Yeah, I remember when you were 81:34 Watching the show and Ron would be on you'd be on through Facebook 81:37 So it's probably very different. I'm not stupid everyone everyone in Facebook are friendly and enjoying the show. I 81:43 Like I mean, I didn't know there was Facebook. I'm not banned on Facebook. I can get on there 81:54 And then we have a special gaseous backstage that we'll check in with him in a moment. We have one more clips to get to 81:59 So much to get to we've Kevin breading coming up with Jerry Banfield 82:03 Guys, thanks for supporting that piece of shit, too 82:06 Yeah 82:09 But I kind of didn't I kind of didn't respond to him because I don't want to give him any views 82:14 So yeah, I'm treating him like all because they seem like they're the same. Well, you just slipped up. All right 82:19 Here's a rock. Oh come back and yes, you just did an hour about how funny comedians shouldn't expect to get paid 82:29 All right, deep service. Oh 82:32 Cool. Thanks for letting us know you're even dumber than we could have guessed 82:36 I see your mouth water when Carl talks about eating shit. You're gonna be a fun one. Oh 82:43 Hey Tony P love your style, honey would love you to come model for me on the karmic shopping network and show off that 82:51 Gorgeous chest you big hunk. Let me know toodles 82:56 Yeah, you probably haven't got as deep as karmic and karmic's characters yet 83:03 What do you think when you hear this stuff because I heard you on shooley hearing about like clear water chat and all these people like 83:08 What do you what do you think of all of this and these characters entertaining to me? 83:13 I enjoy listening to all the shit that's coming through it's very entertaining to me 83:17 I honestly feel like I'm on the right side. I 83:20 Was on the other side. I like bullshit with people. You understand. I'm very loyal 83:25 But if you cross me fuck off you're done 83:28 You know I mean yeah, I don't blame you the way open read to do you getting a gig an amazing gig 83:34 By the way opening or at least featuring or doing a spot with Jim Norton in a theater 83:38 Listen, he should have been so happy for you. Yeah, that's fucking awesome. Donnie correct. Correct. Yeah, that's what I was trying to do 83:45 I was trying to cross the bridge and say, okay 83:47 Look, you know what I mean? Like fucking here goes an olive branch and he fucking shit on it 83:52 I texted mom's like, oh, I give you an olive branch and you fucking shit on me 83:55 Yeah, I'll be handled this the exact opposite way if he would have George Costanz as this yes 83:59 We would be like, all right. I hope he's got some sense. He's figuring it out 84:03 Yeah, he could have said congrats. The guy's not my favorite, but hey man, at least you got a good gig 84:08 I could have been the long and short of it. I always give credit to people. I was just giving credit to Chazoo back a minute ago 84:13 We were the people who make fun of when they do the right thing. Yes 84:16 Well, we can't figure that out. He thinks everyone just has a side. You just have to play by the side all the time 84:21 He just everybody's against him and he doesn't realize that the world that he lived in isn't the world that it is now 84:26 Right, you understand you gotta you gotta adjust the people he looks at you guys as peasants 84:32 He's like all these guys the peasants these are and fucking run 84:35 I don't know if you're knowing on a piece of cheese. That's in a fucking 84:41 You know, there was rust in the tupperware, bro. You saw the episode 84:46 There's just no sin, there's no other way of looking at it except 84:51 The best thing for the opie unleashed program would have been for your gig with Jim Norton to go 84:57 Well, he would want that to be a success 84:59 It's the it would only bring attention to him 85:01 Imagine if you ended the show with and catch me every week on opi radio like 85:09 He forced his worst nightmare to come through so instead you ended it with all that Tony because I we have a guest coming 85:14 On just a moment that I want to talk to you about your gig with 85:17 But we just get the crew ready. It's not we do these real quick. I'm out of it's coming 85:22 I'm hi, Tony P. Has opi ever mentioned me his former co-host cardiff electric 85:27 He stood me up in New York ghosted me and never sent me the link again for no reason 85:34 No, but that I know that Cardiff electrics been giving me a little bit of shit, too 85:38 Oh, really he gave me a lot of shit. He's a good guy though. He's a good potato pop sculpture 85:42 Who made cooie here behind me pop sculpture amazing artist says please tell Tony how to talk into a mic. It's new 85:50 We'll work on it 85:52 DJ Vogel says can Tony confirm or deny the OPI watches WATP 85:57 I can't confirm or deny it, but I'm pretty sure that if he if he's like, oh, don't listen to the haters 86:02 Don't listen to the haters. He's he's watching you. It's impossible that we're being an algorithm. He has to see it 86:07 bro, I believe that he watches you guys and 86:11 You guys are more entertaining and again, I'm gonna go back to my wife because my wife 86:16 She would like kind of watch the episodes, but she wouldn't watch the episode 86:20 She would watch the episodes through you guys 86:23 Oh because you know you highlight what you highlight and then you know tell her I say hi, obviously I 86:29 Well, she's over there somewhere. She voted for Vinnie in the creep off though. I'm sorry. What? 86:36 Thank you very much for that Carl cheeseburger runs mattress got dirty from bottoming for opi I believe that 86:45 DK Cg 86:47 Tony you're speaking very very basic English. No need to ask we understand you 86:52 Fair enough. Yeah, I keep saying we understand that's one of my things 86:55 I don't know go ahead JS is opiates elevated himself into the top two or three most hated in the devil verse along with 87:00 Starring John and steel toe pay Tony 87:04 Thank you. No, it was actually it wasn't hunter Duke. It was hunter fields. Oh 87:31 He's probably seems like a real piece of shit 87:35 And why did Duke less down 87:38 And Steven thank you Steven. Thank you both of you guys. Thank you guys. Oh, okay, Tony thoughts on October 7th. I 87:46 Have no idea what you're talking about about October 7th 87:49 I went to work my thoughts on October 7th was I got up if you would follow me on Instagram 87:54 I had to get rid of a big huge piece of shit that was like fucking stuck in a toilet and I had to chop it up with a stick 88:01 So that's my thoughts on 88:04 Live the life you love you never work a day in your life. You know what I mean? 88:08 Yeah, man 88:12 Hold on I have another gripe to pick with you guys. Yeah, I'm not a custodian Carl 88:17 Oh, I thought you're a custodian 88:19 No, no, no custodians clean shit. I fix shit all the stuff that people who rent apartments fucking destroy 88:26 I have to fix well you also chop shit apparently 88:30 Yeah, I chopped shit this morning, but I didn't know what to do with it. I was holding a glove 88:34 I didn't know if I should go in there 88:36 You know you're gonna see Carl. Come on. 88:46 Tony you are the only person in the dabble verse with a steady health plan and stability and everybody admires you for that 88:51 I agree. Well, all right. I'll stick to working bro. It's it's interesting. It's fun. It's a good time 88:57 All right, not a custodian. What's the official job title when I make fun of you in the future? 89:01 Maintenance Technicians. 89:02 Maintenance Technicians. Got it. 89:03 Write that down, producer Chris. 89:04 Got it. 89:05 And I'll take Estonia and Carl Cheesburger. 89:06 Tony, where you get a good chopstick sandwich? 89:09 Gabbards is the answer. 89:11 Keith became a member. 89:13 Good chopstick? 89:14 No, the deli. 89:15 The deli by my house. 89:15 The deli. 89:16 Of course. 89:16 One day in a row, 34, I'm thinking Tony is a double agent. 89:20 Would that be genius on Opie's part by sending him in for recon? 89:23 I mean, he's not being kind to Opie or Rod. 89:25 I don't know if that's working. 89:26 It's not working. 89:27 No, I'm not a double agent. 89:28 That's nothing. 89:28 If you fuck if there's one thing that the devil verse out there whether you're gonna hate me or you're gonna like me 89:34 I'm just always gonna be true to myself. There's nothing 89:37 False comes out of these lips. That's why the story will never change. That's the funny thing about just being true to yourself 89:44 Is if Tony can't do anything that will offend me or make me upset 89:49 There's nothing that Tony P could do that I'd be like, oh this fucking guy betrayed me like he doesn't owe me anything 89:54 I don't want him anything. We're doing a show right now together 89:58 You can go like Kevin Brennan show tomorrow. I would be like fuck Tony. I don't care 90:02 Give a shit. I've got was this Tony. What was opi like in real life when you were not doing the show 90:10 Okay, my experience with him in real life 90:13 Was very far and few in between. You know what I mean? It would be like 90:17 Maybe five to ten minutes before the show five to ten minutes after show the most time 90:22 I ever spent with him was that he when he actually showed up to Ron show 90:27 you know, I sat in whatever we ate. 90:31 And even then, even then, do you understand? 90:34 Like, we're sitting, we're eating. 90:36 You know, I get up and go to work every day, bro. 90:38 It's a fucking cheeseburger. 90:40 You can't be like, nah, don't worry. 90:41 It's on me. 90:42 The guy works for me for three, for fucking, you know, 90:45 whatever. 90:45 That's wild. 90:46 It's just, that's just grimy, bro. 90:49 It's grimy, dude. 90:51 That's wild. 90:52 I mean. 90:52 You heard Kumiya, you heard Kumiya. 90:54 He would pick up the tab 90:55 and then he would have to put more money in for the tip. 90:57 Come on. 90:59 I just, I can't even understand that. 91:01 Anytime we go on the road, we do stuff with each other. 91:04 Everyone's fighting over who's gonna pay the bill. 91:06 It's so stupid. 91:07 I've got one as a follow up. 91:09 Did Opie have any interest in real life? 91:10 What did you guys talk about? 91:12 That's a good question. 91:15 I don't think we really talked about anything 91:18 other than the show. 91:19 Yeah. 91:20 I don't think Opie has any like passions in life. 91:23 Does he? 91:24 No, I think he's bored. 91:25 This is what I think. 91:26 the more I'm thinking about, I think he's bored. I think he sits at home. I think he wants to have, 91:31 you know, conversations with people. So he gets a couple of people up at six o'clock in the morning 91:35 when nobody else wants to deal with him. Yeah. And he calls it a show. All right, here's a great 91:40 point in time. He told me I needed to upgrade my equipment. He told me that I needed to upgrade 91:45 my equipment. The guy duct-tapes his camera to his iPad or his MacBook. Correct. And in 91:51 Honestly, you know he wanted to tell me all this is this is the reason get part stop 91:55 That's the reason get part stop when I asked him when his get parts get and going again because I want to spend more money 92:02 He turned to me and he said oh, I gotta buy equipment. I gotta spend 92:05 Oh, I gotta spend $500 to upgrade my equipment. So spend 92:11 It's a fucking write-off. We didn't I probably don't pay taxes at this point 92:13 All right guys we're going in the same gene since fucking two thousand and fucking five 92:18 All right, Tony, do you know about the Gephardt's thing? 92:21 Do you know why there was a falling out there and why they don't do shows there anymore? 92:24 It wasn't a falling out the owner was going through some stuff and it just kind of stopped 92:29 Oh, why did he say rest in peace because he said no more Gephardt's rest in peace Matt 92:33 Yeah, on the air and we all couldn't figure out what that meant 92:38 At the very end. Yeah, like he said it 92:40 Well, it's probably it's probably because he's a fucking moocher and Matt got sick of fucking him going over there 92:46 Mutual for he never paid for whatever he drank and whatever he ate. He never paid 92:52 That's so crazy asshole. All he did was disrupt the place and make it difficult for customers to come in because I'm like right in the 92:58 Probably drove people away for sure 93:02 Greg OP Hughes had the first ever 93:06 What's it called bring a podcast 93:12 You can podcast in here if you bring five friends like all right 93:16 If your guests pay for their shit that you can they can be on the show 93:19 Let me just get this straight there. The the bar is giving 93:23 The act that's playing in the club a free beer and a free meal and that act is opi 93:29 And opi's like I got these this band with me 93:32 So I'm just gonna split that beer and that meal and that will be basically 93:37 Basically, but no they would see he would have friends friends would show up who I 93:42 I still there's guys behind the scenes that I actually you know still love and 93:47 Still associate with I don't know maybe if he finds out that they still associate with me like you know 93:52 He'll cut them off and shit. I have no idea, but you know big fucking Marines. You know what I'm saying 93:58 So yeah, there's a big Marine that hangs out with him, bro. He fucking that's like his security. Don't fuck with that dude 94:04 He's there for for that purpose if anybody goes down there to kind of fuck with him 94:08 Do people often do that do they come down there? 94:10 No, nobody comes down there. 94:12 Nobody gives a shit, bro. 94:14 Nobody cares. 94:15 It's all in his fucking head. 94:17 The lovely G Rob coming in. 94:19 Tony P. 94:20 Has seen the light. 94:22 Give him a break, guys. 94:23 He's on the right side now. 94:25 We should all do that. 94:27 That's right, Dr. 94:28 Steve Rocco is in once again. 94:31 Carl, didn't you just do an hour 94:33 about how unfunny comedians 94:35 shouldn't expect to get paid? 94:36 What's Tony P's Venmo again? 94:39 All right 94:40 The great thing about the Venmo is that we were looking for it right before you got on and you're like 94:46 Oh shoot, where can we find it? And I said pull up an episode with just Ronnie and you'll find Tony's Venmo 94:56 Isn't that crazy he would always say oh, I'm getting set up. I'm getting set up 95:00 Dude, I'm up my wife's fucking alarm goes off at 515. I'm up. I'm up and I'm fucking waiting. What the hell's going on 95:07 I'm I'm three shits in by the time 95:16 By the time he sends me the link I'm so tired. That's all I'm so tired and the other one, you know if he works the night before and 95:23 Not as a comic 95:24 Let me right by saying that if he works the night before in the beer garden in the vestibule 95:29 Asking you if you want a fucking schnitzel or a fucking giant pretzel because he's not really a waiter 95:35 He doesn't wait tables no more. No, he stands in the vestibule. No, go go to the p.m. 95:40 Dragon one. I will my my in-laws live right over there 95:44 Let's go. Let's go go to fucking Ron show on October 30. It's double verse. Are you listening to me? 95:52 Let's all go and give him an audience an audience and then just like walk nobody nobody laughs 95:59 You just sit down look at it 96:01 If it's funny, so nobody laugh. Oh, but that is a question. I got in from Raper, but which is a great question 96:07 Yeah, um wait was this for me laughing really that is exactly the question. Yes. Yes. It wasn't me laughing 96:14 I was Eric Marino. No, it was Eric Marino. Oh 96:17 That was there Marino's the only one laughing around 96:20 Correct. I'm sorry. That was me laughing 96:23 If it was me laughing you'd hear all this guy's fucking insane. All right 96:27 Special guest who reached out to me 96:31 This weekend and said hey Carl. I went to the show a paramount. He said me some info about it 96:36 I thought we'd bring him on to you know 96:38 We people have seen clips of your show and people have 96:42 Discussed what it was like. You've talked about it. This is Matt coming on to the show. What's up, Matt? 96:48 What's up Matt? Hey, what's up guys? Not too much man, Matt 96:51 So hey Tony you went to the Paramount 96:53 I assume you had tickets before you found out about Tony because opiates is conspiracy. They did or Ron 96:58 They did that to sell tickets 97:01 Yeah, so I got my tickets a week ago or a week before, so I went last year to see Jim 97:08 Norton and then I also saw him 10 years ago. 97:10 So the same friend that I went with, we went a year ago and we kind of waited until the 97:16 last minute. 97:16 The venue ran a really good deal and we sat on the floor, row H, so we were all excited, 97:24 ready to go. 97:25 We're both big ONA fans. 97:27 And then the night before I went on Instagram and saw the whole hoopla with Tony being the opener and I went 97:35 Oh, okay. This is even more interesting now. There's like a secondary story line to this 97:41 So I had to try to explain to my friend who's not in the dabbler purse 97:46 He doesn't really know any of this what the story was and he became a big Tony fan just as he hates opi 97:53 So it made it even more interesting before we even got there 97:57 Okay, beautiful. So there was a the first comedian a woman comes on and starts the show 98:04 Tell me about her. She 98:07 She is not very good 98:11 She the only thing I can say is last year 98:15 Do you guys know Natalie Cuomo? Yeah, I do. Yeah 98:19 So she is the worst. She's not great 98:22 year. No, no, like her whole deal is she's got a million tattoos and she's got like no 98:28 self confidence. And my friend and I for a year have said how bad she was. And we had 98:34 no hope that the opening act this year would be any better. And we're over two on that. 98:41 She just she didn't help you out, Tony. I'm going to be honest. She left you with 98:45 she left you with a lot to try to dig out of. It was just her whole act was 98:50 Oh, I married like an ER doctor. And that was about it. It was just like she's telling stories. How much time she's 98:58 done up. 20 minutes. Yeah, it was a long set. That's a long set when you're waiting for Jim Norton. Okay. So she was 99:07 20 minutes. She brings up Tony. Tony, you like Tony Papa dog. What's your stage name? I came out to Tony 99:13 Just Tony P. Okay, right? He introduces Tony P and 99:17 Well, how much time did Tony do? 99:21 About 10 minutes a little less than 10 minutes the first person did 20 and then you did 10 99:27 Yeah, I was supposed to do I believe I jumped off on nine 99:30 dish 99:32 And what was your assessment mad of Tony P? 99:37 Hey, he did half the time but he did a much better set because 99:40 was Tony had a setup punchline. You could tell, you know, Tony, you did come off nervous, 99:48 but I totally understand like huge crowd, 24 hours notice that you got the gig or at least 99:53 that's how it came off to us. But I could tell like you've worked on the set, you were 99:58 going through jokes, some landed like the Mandami joke you did got the biggest pop. 100:03 But even the ones that maybe didn't 100% hit from my perspective, you can tell either 100:08 you're working on it or you have been whereas the opener it was just like it felt like you were at 100:13 a coffee shop and you're hearing a bunch of yentas like bitch about their life she didn't really have 100:19 jokes or a set up or a punchline well the second pair of Tony's are women i mean he's a man he 100:24 should be better at comedy hold on if you're gonna pretend me to look oh jesus christ all right go 100:30 ahead it really is Tony it's a show if you didn't know about the story behind Tony and how he 100:37 got there if you didn't know about the drama and you were just going to see Jim 100:40 like you normally would how would you have felt about the set um I would still 100:46 think he did a better job than the opener if there was no opener if there 100:50 was no opener oh um he was better than Natalie Cuomo a year ago 101:10 I'm my own worst critic. I know that that wasn't my best set. I know some stuff kind of landed and some stuff 101:15 Did well, so I'm not gonna come up here and say go ahead 101:18 I've seen clips that came out and I've watched a lot of clips of Ron Berman 101:23 Pretending that he's a stand-up comedian and Tony is a 10-axe Ron Berman if not more 101:29 Ron's comedy is atrocious. There's no way Jim would allow that on that stage. Hmm 101:34 So he's been doing the same thing. Do you understand that he's been doing the same three jokes all my fucking mom eats 101:41 Beaver and all my you know this and that fucking RFK. It's nonsense. The guy speaks nonsense 101:49 You're not that funny, you know what I mean? You're not like he's not some comedic genius 101:54 He's all energy and no punch lines and no wit and it's wild to me that he posted things on Instagram 102:00 Where he's getting zero laughs like he's dying in the room, and he's like I'm funnier than Jim Norton like run 102:06 What the fuck is wrong with you? How to lose don't get so would be that you think you're funny 102:11 Did you see the single white female fucking posts that he was he posted up with me and Jim Norton like 102:18 What the fuck are you doing dude? Yeah? 102:21 Comics are going at him now. They're like bro. You're a little fucking insane. Yeah 102:25 And Eric Marino, I'm going to give you what you might call an Eric Marino. 102:31 He's butthurt. 102:33 Eric Marino was a little butthurt because a comic that he goes out with, he tours with. 102:38 I'm not going to give names. 102:39 I'm not going to name names because I love it to death. 102:41 But a comic that he goes out with most of the time. 102:47 No, no, it's not Natalie Cuomo. 102:48 I went on the road with her. 102:51 So if you guys want to go and find out who it was you can find it 102:55 There's a trail to it 102:56 but I went on the road with her and she usually takes him with her but she like 103:01 Forced him to learn a lesson like stop being lazy and go find your own work and stop depending on me all the time 103:08 You know really okay. Yeah, he's got a little vendetta against me too. You understand. Yep makes sense 103:13 Matt piece of shit. You told me in the email 103:16 now. So you said Tony held his own, got some laughs in the crowd and stuff. He was fine. 103:21 But there was a little mishap with the timing at the end of the set. Do you want to tell 103:26 us about that? Yeah. So again, I, from my perspective, we 103:30 were sitting, you know, dead center. It looked like, I don't know. And Tony, you could 103:35 tell me, it looked like either you thought that they were giving you the light or that 103:40 Your set was wrapping up and then the emcee had the opener 103:47 You want me to tell you what exactly? 103:51 Awkward moment you're trying to get off the stage. There was there was a very awkward moment now 103:56 Before I got on the stage. They're like, yeah, the clock is there 103:59 So there was a time on the stage, but the time on the stage wasn't like a countdown 104:05 It was an actual clock 104:06 So if I got on stage at whatever 835, let's say, I didn't pay attention to what time I 104:13 actually got on stage. 104:14 So I didn't know what time I was supposed to get the fuck off stage. 104:18 And I remember Jim telling me, listen, whatever you do, you got to give me a minute because 104:25 I need to take a piss. 104:27 I need exactly one minute because I need to take a piss before I go on stage. 104:31 So I jumped off and I don't know if I was I didn't know if I was early if I was late 104:37 I you know that mean my set was choppy and I was nervous 104:40 So I get I didn't know if I was nervous, but I was like, okay 104:43 Well, I can fucking kill another minute. So if I fucked up, let me kill another minute worth of time 104:50 So Jim could take a piss and come out here, you know fresh and whatever do whatever he's got to do 104:55 And when I got off I got off with fuck Opie, right? You you heard that 105:01 Everybody was one of those people. Okay. Well, yes, there you go. And everybody loved that. So, you know, Jim came out 105:08 out to that 105:09 Did down I would everyone met did everyone love fuck Opie was everyone on board with that? 105:16 I don't know if it was like when Hulk Hogan threw Andre the giant over at WrestleMania 3 105:23 But it definitely did get a pop. Um, you know, it was not a dabble verse crowd, let's say 105:29 where everybody again knew Tony knew the lore of what was going on. But you know, you say 105:34 fuck opie at a Jim Norton show with how many opie and Anthony fans were there. He definitely 105:40 got a pop. 105:41 Right. What was the, um, what a pop. What were, uh, attendance has been set as like 105:47 half full or so. It's a 1,500 seat theater. What'd you do what it looked like to you? 105:53 I would, it was definitely wasn't sold out. Like there was open seats in our row right in front 105:58 of us. I would say bare minimum it was half full. Maybe it was a little more than that. 106:04 Definitely a year ago there was more people, which is why my friend and I were in the balcony 106:08 as opposed to this year being so close. I don't know if it was a ticket price thing or 106:13 or, you know, it sounds like there was anything crazy in the area going on, but it doesn't 106:18 sold out. Gas prices is the problem. Right. Right. Right. 106:22 Yeah. Gas prices, but Ron coming up with these theories. Oh, Jim Norton can't sell out that 106:27 venue. He has many times or come pretty close to it. So Ron coming up with this whole 106:34 nonsense of, oh, Jim Norton's a failure as a comic. 106:38 Well, no one, I think I remember, you know, something I think I remember you guys, 106:41 You would like I did I make eye contact with you at any point in time because I remember looking at a couple of people that we're sweet 106:47 I'm mad first. We're making a connection. I'm sweet on Matt. I like looking at people's faces 106:52 That's how I approach my comedy. I approach my comedy the same way I used to approach my bartending 106:56 You understand I like to have conversations with people and that's where I fucked up instead of being myself 107:01 I kind of win set you understand and that's where I fucked up 107:05 But whatever it gives you tremendous credibility to everything else that you say 107:10 Because we heard about that the only thing I could have imagined was like oh well 107:14 He's playing a theater. He might not just be used to just the stage managing how it's broken down 107:19 That's exactly what happened you admitted it explained exactly how Matt said it and it just makes people believe in like you 107:26 And it puts so much more credibility to all the other stuff because so many of these people that we cover would absolutely refuse 107:31 They would call Matt accused of being a criminal and send people after him and never ever admit that anything went bad at the end of it 107:38 No, bro. I'm an honest guy. That's my thing, bro. The truth don't change. Whether it hurts, whether it 107:47 fucking feels good, it doesn't change. But one thing that doesn't change is the truth. And I'm 107:52 going to tell you the truth. And that's what it is. I'm not going to come up here and say, 107:55 I'm not going to come up here and be Ron Berman and tell you all my life is fucking great. 108:00 And I'm fucking chewing on crackers. When he was saying that is when he was beloved. 108:05 it. And when we saw the abuse he was taking from Opie and he was like pushing back in his own 108:10 interesting ways, he was beloved. At some point, something happened. My theory, which is probably 108:16 not true, was just that it was political and he convinced Ron that there's like a good side and 108:20 a bad side and it's about politics and anybody who's on that side is racist because he just 108:25 so blindly turned into this foot soldier for Opie that just sees no other way and it happened 108:31 been pretty rapidly. Well, he might have fucking gave him a square meal. You know what I mean? 108:36 He might have given him his first square meal in fucking years. It's interesting when Ron 108:42 watched the Anthony video where Anthony broke down OP brilliantly. And Ron watched it twice 108:49 and goes out the show. He goes, Whoa, so I watched this video and Anthony say this 108:53 and this and this like he had it all figured out. And then you're right, Adam. OP did 108:57 something because then Ron's like, Oh, Anthony's a racist and anyone who doesn't like OP has 109:01 to be a racist and an evil Republican. And so it's just like something changed and Ron 109:06 just turned on all of us. It was very odd. He just starts attacking Jim Orton when you 109:12 know in his heart, he's not like that's an evil person. He just, you know, he's 109:18 a comic in some level. He's usually supportive. It's very strange. Who gives a shit? Who 109:27 Clyde comes in. Hey, Tony P. I knew you were new to all of this. Just a heads up. The mic 109:32 goes in front of your mouth. It's directional. So when you go past the mic or to the side, 109:38 it sounds awful. Fix him Carl. I know. It's a lot. The mic's not plugged in, but I understand. 109:44 I used to work. Well, I used to work in audio. Very good. Ever from Newfoundland says that Tony 109:49 P. has the dopest attitude, man. You're winning people over. Thank you. To doors. I don't 109:54 What to do with this day? Do I say happy October 7th? Let's ask Adam Bush. Oh 110:02 Yeah, happy October 7th to you too, Dave. Oh 110:05 Okey-dokey one says did Tony say that Opie answered the phone and since they're listening silently 110:10 Yeah, that's mental. Is that true? 110:14 No, I didn't say that did I say something like he picked up the phone and he just sits there in silence 110:18 He runs across the room 110:20 That's what I mean. He goes to someplace quiet. I think I think he just 110:24 Like the corner in his house where I know it's just always quiet 110:28 Exactly J. I said, oh, we always starts to stream mid-sentence while two or three of you are laughing 110:33 Does he do that to show you guys are having fun off stream? 110:38 This is what I'm starting to learn about opi 110:41 Okay 110:42 When I yeah probably he's laughing while we're going off stream, but I'm being honest. I'm being true 110:48 You know, I have a conversation. I don't know what the fuck's going through his mind 110:51 You understand, but he's he's put on this big whole charade to show this 110:56 You know I mean the guy thinks he's in Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey circuses this last episode you were on 111:02 You were laughing and I know you didn't find it funny out of control when opi was talking about pooping in the ocean 111:09 And you it's the funniest thing you've ever heard you were I felt bad it was so much energy and effort I knew 111:16 How much that takes out of a person to do that they must have built up a lot of resentment 111:21 Bro, I'm glad that I never got invited out to that house. 111:24 I'm glad that he didn't like tell me, 111:27 hey, you know, something come out. 111:28 The guy's talking about ticks. 111:29 The guy's talking about this. 111:30 The guy's talking about shit in the ocean. 111:32 I don't wanna be near you, bro. 111:33 You're a fucking animal. 111:34 But I think it was your best moment for me. 111:37 It was like out of a movie 111:38 because it was of course, 111:40 exactly what Opie would need in his life. 111:42 We were like, you said, Opie, look at me. 111:44 Look at me. 111:45 And then you said, you and me, 111:47 mushrooms on the beach. 111:49 And I'm like it would change his life. You'd have something to talk about it would have been the greatest thing 111:54 So of course he said no and then fired you of course of course and then and then he said oh 111:58 I you know I was hanging out my friend Shucky or whatever the fucking guys that name was the Riddler 112:06 But we Adam I'm glad you don't fake laugh at anything I ever said when I'm not exhausting you 112:19 tell you that his family owned a restaurant with his brother in Long Island, because it's funny how 112:25 they would go to Gebards all the time, but he had a restaurant that you would think he would want to 112:30 promote and get people to go to, which Carl, I know you're an ONA guy. I actually used to work 112:36 across the street from FH Riley's, and he no longer owns that. So I don't know if maybe 112:41 Maybe that cash is kind of keeping him afloat per se financially, but him and his brother 112:48 don't own that. 112:49 No, yeah. 112:50 They're not, they don't own that place anymore. 112:52 They don't own that bar. 112:53 That's number one. 112:54 And number two, if they still did own that, let's say they did it. 112:57 Let's say they, let's say his brother owned that place and he wouldn't, he wouldn't 113:04 do it. 113:04 It would cost them too much in gas. 113:06 It would cost them too much in tolls to go over there and promote that place. 113:10 You understand? 113:10 He used bare bones that guy is bare bones 113:14 678 hump says that hunter-fields person that gave to Tony sounds like an upstanding and well-hung guy and definitely not a piece of shit Karla 113:22 Love from fellow custodians maintenance technician maintenance technicians 113:27 Man, did I just give up somebody's whatchamacallit? Somebody's government name probably sorry blue colon says Tony 113:34 Do you think Obi-Wan and you and Ron to hate each other? Oh, he did put you guys against each other. That's true 113:40 Well, no Ron did it to himself. You understand I can't take too much of that liberal bullshit 113:45 I just can't take it because it's like I get up 113:48 I go to work every single day and you're telling me that you can't get up to do this podcast because you're tired 113:56 Both of those fucking clowns. You understand. It's like comedians money from serious except for work. They did seven years ago 114:03 Well, if you're asking 114:04 I'm not getting involved in any of that. 114:05 I'm not getting involved in any of that, Carl. 114:07 Smart man, smart. 114:09 Ponteva, 420. 114:11 Tony, stay away from Shuli, he can't be trusted. 114:12 Send the stuff back, plus he's one of them. 114:17 Oh, well listen, I'm not gonna stay away from Shuli. 114:21 And if he didn't personally give me the funds, 114:24 it was his viewers that gave me the funds. 114:26 And I know that his viewers are your viewers. 114:29 Yes, very generous with Shuli not working. 114:31 Shuli's a friend of this show and this channel. 114:33 They're the ones who gave Ron a mattress because they thought he deserved one and got literally 114:38 sick of watching Opie promise to and then not deliver. 114:42 Yeah. 114:43 Man, was he really doing that? 114:44 Was he really promising? 114:45 Again, I came into it with knowing nothing. 114:48 Was Opie promising to buy Ron a mattress? 114:50 Every week. 114:51 And the only reason I know his wife is around is because he said, and I believe this, 114:56 he was trying to take an old mattress and some old pillows they had that they were 115:02 gonna throw away and bring them to Ron and his wife said you can't do that yeah 115:07 you can't give me some mattress to do that. Bro there's cum stains on it there's 115:12 doo-doo stains on it who knows what kind of lifestyle that guy lives he might like 115:15 to get pegged you know what I mean there might be a little bit of doo-doo 115:18 stains on it. I've got one says Carol tells Matt not to compare him to other 115:21 comedians immediately compares him to Ron you're right that's a good point 115:23 I've got one I did do that. Chilino 67 tick tock your 50 minutes is 115:28 almost up Tony soon these shows will be done with you hashtag Ron was right 115:33 Let's start that hashtag. 115:35 Well, let's watch you by the way. 115:38 I run pretty well. 115:40 Certainly with time bounds says in the name of God, put more than Matt or Tony P on screen. 115:45 I love WDP, but I've been out of the loop. 115:48 If you were the funniest person ever, I'd have to look up Matt or Tony P Matt is inconsequential. 115:54 You went to a comedy show. 115:55 We're talking about that. 115:56 And Tony P is the great Tony P from OP unfiltered. 115:59 You know that principle uncertainty. 116:00 Thank you, man. I'm the hot chick right now. Come on, bro. 116:04 Julie brought in Jim Norton and Anthony Cumeo when they talked to Tony and we brought in Matt. I really don't see what the problem is. 116:12 It's a fair criticism. I will take note of that. Michael C says... 116:19 Next will be Rodie Steve who's coming in. 116:22 Derek from Texas. Michael C says, Opie showed Ron where he buried his family. Did he show you that? 116:28 No, he didn't show me nothing. These guys are jackass. So don't you remember when Ron fucking threw his fucking 116:34 Didn't somebody dying Ron's family and they threw him in like a puddle or something like that? 116:39 Puddle and they expected the puddle water to get whatever they threw him in a lake and the lake didn't take the water 116:44 Is it a Jewish tradition? 116:47 I have no idea they burnt Ron's aunt or something shit like that and they threw her 116:50 Oh, yeah, didn't his aunt commit suicide? 116:53 Yeah, I hope he doesn't want to talk about it. SD187 says 116:57 Get a hold of yourself. We're talking about opi who cares you're too passionate about this nonsense 117:02 SD 187 you are a hundred percent correct 117:06 Carl's you were who is funnier Tony or Gino? 117:10 Man, I know Gino. You know something Gino. I reached out to Gino, too 117:14 I'm like yo, bro. Give me a spot on your show. I'm doing a spot at Ronnie 117:17 I'm doing a show Ronnie's 117:18 He never fucking gives you a spot on the show 117:20 You know, he plays like oh, I'm so busy and I'm so big time 117:24 Oh, I forgot hit me up next month. No, you know something I'm not you up 117:28 You know why cuz I'm the hot chick not you Gino. That's right. That is true 117:31 Are you gonna okay? So that leads me to a question that Ripper butt did send me 117:35 Do you have plans to expand from this like okay? So you're off a opi show. He's done with you 117:39 Are you gonna start your own podcast? You're gonna whine with other people who are still want to be part of the devil 117:44 Where's what what are your plans? I think I'm gonna stick in the double verse and see what happens in the double verse 117:49 I don't know where I'm going with this podcast, but I know that I 117:53 I I don't I haven't met your producers. I don't know if there's producers behind this, but I've met Julie's producers 117:59 Mm-hmm, and that guy that he's got over there from frog and Andy both great guys. Yeah 118:05 Joe there's a guy named Joe, right? Yeah. That's right. That's right. Yeah, is that frog? Okay? 118:10 That guy I've been contact with him class act. So I'm looking to probably reach out to him nice 118:17 You guys want me to give you a fucking listen you brought me here, right? 118:22 If you want to replace Christian, Brad who is broadcasters you just say the word 118:26 No, well listen, I'll replace anybody if anybody 118:33 Anybody wants me to replace you don't I mean if anybody needs a co-host that's my easiest thing to do because I'm not looking to build 118:39 Nothing from the ground up yet because I don't have the traction. Yeah, I mean I'm gaining traction, right, but uh 118:45 But it was the hottest chick of the devil versus the third bike Tony P is available 118:50 So Adam Schechter, I know what happened because Ron stated on the last show that him and Opie 118:56 were dating about Tony bringing up catchphrases from Anthony, and that was right when Ron went 119:02 after Tony. 119:03 You're right. 119:04 He's right. 119:05 That guy's absolutely right. 119:06 So did you watch the show or not? 119:07 Did you watch Opie and Anthony because you said you did it, told them you did, but... 119:11 No, I didn't watch Opie and Anthony, but there was a point where Ron started going 119:15 at everybody. 119:16 Yeah. 119:16 And he said oh, I watched this show and it was just garbage. It was just all poop jokes and 119:23 That and I did that I did that one day and 119:27 Ron like kind of looked at me and was like oh, you know like you're on board and I'm like no 119:31 What the hell are you doing? I'm talking about it been Ed McMahon from Johnny cause, huh? 119:36 Right, and and I that's what that guy's talking about. It's no matter how much fucking spot. I smoke 119:42 Believe me, I'm on point. I was a New York City bartender for 20 fucking years also 119:46 So I know what I'm talking about. Go ahead. What is this Adam Schecter says? 119:50 What happened to Christie Miller on the last podcast Ron said he did something to her 119:54 And I think you have a different version of the story 119:58 I didn't do anything with her then go to Atlantic City with her and have a great time with her and open for her and 120:05 Maybe give a little bit of butt hurtness to Eric Marina 120:10 Fair enough ding ding ding you won the prize 120:14 Can ask Queen coming on did I just hear something about Richard Geer shoving a gerbil up his ass? 120:21 Seriously that happened what? 120:24 Christina focusing on the 120:28 How far behind of the show are you there all right? 120:32 We have lots of things to get to we have to move on Matt anything else you want to share with us about the live show you went to 120:39 I guess the only other thing would be that Ron is a liar shocker, but I saw whether it was on 120:44 The shooley network or wherever 120:47 When he made the thing that Tony only has two jokes those two jokes he claimed Tony never did them 120:53 So he asked whether it was new material or he just didn't use those two jokes that he said Tony has that didn't happen 121:02 Thank you. All right. Thank you. It's so funny because the two jokes that Tony mentioned that ron has I've heard many times 121:09 Correct. Ron has three. He has three jokes spy report spy report. Well, there you go. Thank you Matt. Thanks for hopping out 121:15 I need to reach it out. No problem. Thank you guys. Thanks. Appreciate you buddy 121:20 That's Matt. I assume he doesn't want his last name out there. So I won't dox him. No, no, that's my I'm all 121:26 We'll let someone else talk about some of this time 121:30 We I do have to get to our game 121:32 I want to play a few more of these op Eclipse before we get to the game 121:35 So for hang tight. Can I think one Megan and Annie talk it? 121:39 I want to thank Nick Tucker who sent me some money. He's one of the good ones. Thank you. Nick Tucker, you know 121:45 Tony P is 121:48 Here giving us his time we really appreciate it just got home from work and he's right over here helping us out telling us the inside 121:54 Skinny and I want to get your reaction to some of these clips. Check this out for it 121:59 When I was still texting her before I literally had a block his number, you know instead of celebrating is 122:09 No, I'm sorry Tony were you just like rapid-fire messaging him like fuck you 122:18 Blocked my number I called him a cunt then he actually answered me 122:30 Why is that a cool thing to you had a block of another man's phone number 122:34 Can you call him do it? Can you call him? Do you want to come see the answers? 122:44 Do you for playing a phone call on my show? Oh, yeah 122:52 Tony I knew you'd come back. Oh wait, I'm out of the air 122:57 It's not available 123:00 You might be blocked 123:02 The last thing you sent me was good luck, Tony. Thanks. I'm having great luck opie. Thank you 123:08 You guys were really going back and forth all day like with hate he say there were hate texts you were sending 123:13 Is that what it was? I'm not gonna you look up. Hold on one second. Where is he? 123:18 Opie and you know something I had that piece of shit on my speed on my speed text 123:22 I had to move him down look look 123:26 Look look look 123:27 Oh Jesus Christ. Can you read some of it? Just any of it? Just any little bit? 123:33 You're being played. You took the bait bro. I'm extremely disappointed and I 123:37 can't have you on my stuff anymore. I'm not taking any bait. Nobody asked me 123:43 anything of me. I actually reached out. I'm too old to be doing basements man. 123:50 One should have nothing to do with the other. This is me talking to him. 123:54 Brother, you call us friends. When did we ever hang out, grab a drink, or a coffee, or have an actual phone call conversation? 124:03 I'm the realest guy you will ever meet in my life. 124:06 If it ends like this, so be it. I can't be anything but myself. That's what I've been my entire life. 124:13 His answer, you gotta do you. But I see no scenario that works for me moving forward. 124:19 This is the only reason you got the gig, is to fuck with me. 124:23 The only reason how I got the gig is to fuck with it. Yeah 124:28 Yeah, he doesn't know how rude that is 124:30 It's so rude and Tony you reading that just triggered something in me 124:34 I don't know who brought this up 124:35 But opi does this thing where he acts like he's your friend and that way he doesn't to pay you 124:40 He's like hey come on my show every morning at 6 a.m. Well, you could say goodbye to that now 124:45 It's why he's just like hey man, we're just hanging out. We're shooting like friends 124:48 You're like, all right cool. You want to grab a burger can I come over to your house like no 124:52 You can have a quarter of a burger and a quarter of a burger for free. 124:56 A quarter. 124:57 But the price of mine, you can have the quarter of the burger but the price of mine. 125:01 Like a cult or like anything, when you hear Tony explain it, it actually makes sense. 125:05 He was like, this was just a nighttime gig at a bar that was fun to hang out, do some 125:09 comedy on the radio and then move on. 125:12 And somehow that turned into a morning and then another morning and then regular mornings 125:16 and suddenly you're committed to this early morning thing and your whole life is based 125:20 around this random thing, you don't even believe it. 125:23 Correct. And in all honesty, bro, I was more hurt than anything. 125:28 I was like, okay, maybe this guy's my friend or whatever. And then when it was 125:31 like that, I was like, you know something? Guess what? You weren't my friend. 125:35 I told my wife two weeks ago, I said, you know something? 125:38 My one flaw is that I'm too loyal to people. And that's dragged me down 125:42 because the people that I'm loyal to end up fucking me over. 125:45 And I wasn't going to let it happen in this scenario. And I just stood up for 125:48 myself so that guy could go screw go screw nice when I was still texting him 125:55 before I literally had a block his number you know instead of celebrating 125:59 his mediocre set opening up for Jim Dorn in a half a half a sold-out room you 126:06 would think I'm gonna celebrate I'm gonna go and treat my wife nice go out 126:11 to dinner I just pulled off I just pulled off something amazing you know 126:16 Instead he's he's fucking hate texting me all day long where I had to finally block him because I was in the middle of enjoying my 126:22 My daughter's birthday 126:25 Fucking crazy. Oh, we just saw the tax going back and forth. Hope he wasn't enjoying his daughter's birthday 126:30 He was very involved in that out of his fucking mind 126:33 What were you enjoying the one piece of cheesecake with four spoons you ordered? 126:38 It's hilarious 126:40 So yeah, all these hate ties opie. He wasn't the one because in the problems 126:44 even though he's like, I will never use you again because you're doing a show with Jim 126:47 Norton. He's like, you're the asshole. Okay. 126:50 We're talking with the guys with the guys a little. I mean, this is the narrative. 126:54 He's a little obtuse. This is the narrative that he wants to set. Here's Ron weighing in. 126:59 I suspend his, by the way, he started attacking you immediately. It's it's it was weird. 127:06 It's insane. It's insane what he just did. It's fucking crazy. 127:14 Oh, this is what I want to say when I was still texted. I'm sorry, bro 127:18 I told me exactly what was gonna happen. I said, you're gonna you're gonna open up from Jim Norton 127:24 Jim Norton's not gonna give it a 127:26 Shit to the point where he's gonna give you a whole bunch of dates 127:29 He might give you another one or two. Maybe maybe 127:34 Yeah, I know 127:36 Anything fucking works. Oh, what it's gonna do for you. He did everything he ever needs to do for me 127:41 It's already done 127:43 Right. I got to play the theater with them. It's great. And it's neither here nor there. He's not concerned about you 127:47 Why would he give a fuck all of a sudden? Right exactly? No, no 127:52 He doesn't understand how this works, but but you know what Jim Norton did for me? 127:57 I know Jim Norton now now. I know Jim Norton now I can walk to the comedy cell and be like hey Jim 128:02 Come on. I want to come hang out 128:05 Good luck with that, but I know I with you on that. No, good luck 128:09 But it shows you how OPI thinks everything's transactional. 128:12 So OPI's just like, OK, now what do you get from this? 128:15 And it's like, I'm not asking for anything else. 128:18 I got to do the show with them. 128:19 If he liked me, maybe he'll use me again. 128:21 Probably won't, whatever. 128:22 I also did ask for your advice, OPI. 128:24 Right. Yeah, exactly. 128:26 He says, you took the bait. 128:28 Well, you took the bait. 128:29 The trick happened to you. 128:31 What was the joke? 128:32 You did a gig. 128:33 It went fine. 128:34 You're doing shows like, what was the big? 128:36 We're going to get him. 128:37 What was it? 128:38 Is it that the show broke up? 128:39 If it's because you and Opie left then that's a comment on Opie 128:42 That means you had nothing there worth staying for and if you did you would have you was like no 128:48 I believe in this thing 128:49 But if all it takes is one little gig to break up this team, then it wasn't very tight to begin with 128:55 And you made zero money on it you paid money for it and it was a wild inconvenience considering the time that you have to 129:00 Co-aud that show 129:02 That's what I mean like this guy doesn't understand like he thinks all I'm looking for fame and fortune and this and that 129:07 No, I'm not looking for any of that stuff, bro. I'm just looking at I love my life. You understand 129:13 I got a wife that loves me. I love my wife the craziness that happens. I record it. I put it on Instagram 129:19 Am I a comedian? Yeah, I do stand up comedy 129:22 Do I have uh 129:24 Do I have it in me to do what these young guys are doing to be out there? 129:29 You know seven days a week selling tickets and fucking running. No, I don't have it 129:33 Yeah, you're already doing it John Ron's not doing it. You're just every time somebody comes up. You're like, yeah, I wrote them 129:38 Yeah, I asked them for a gig like that's what you're supposed to be doing and go reaching out to 129:43 Norton is exactly what somebody involved with OB is supposed to be doing that's awesome. I can tell you listen 129:47 Let me tell you something in two weeks time. I'll tell you what I am doing. I'm headlining in fucking Atlantic City 129:52 I'm doing a half hour in Atlantic City. It's probably I don't know 129:56 I've done it a dozen times, but a half hour is a half hour. Yeah, you get me 130:01 I got to be up there and entertain people for a half hour and have them not want to throw fucking tomatoes at me 130:06 So I'm doing okay 130:08 Do better than run, but 130:16 All right on my cheese, Tony 130:19 We've been doing very long and we have a lot more class. I don't think we're gonna get to them 130:23 I maybe we'll have you back again to react to some of these things around and what we were saying about you 130:28 I have a game that we play on the show if you have time. Do you want to hang out and play a game with us? 130:32 I'll hang out and play a game with you. Let's go. All right. Let's fucking go. All right. So there's a guy named Aaron Imhold 130:59 He hosts a show called Steel Toe Mortage. Oh, this is more dabble versus nonsense. And 131:03 Aaron Imhold is like this guy who thinks he's like really good at broadcast 131:07 He used to be on the radio and he thinks he's very funny 131:10 but basically 131:12 He sucks at it and he does news stories and his big joke is usually like that's gay. Oh 131:19 Wow, that guy that guy's gay. You know, okay, cool 131:22 so So Meghan has developed the game for us that we're gonna play right now called is it gay 131:26 We're gonna hear a setup and they want to decide whether or not Erin's gonna say it's gay or not 131:31 Each round worth one point. There's a final round at the end were three points that is multiple choice 131:37 Let's get into it. Let's see what Aaron's talking about on this one. No, I have to make fun 134:46 of Merch tonight because he got a $500 donation and I'm not one of these guys who does that 134:52 Cope where they go. No, it's a fake don't know nobody's gonna donate five hundred dollars to themselves 134:57 All right, it costs you money to do that like let's say it's on Super shout it would cost me ten dollars 135:04 To give myself five hundred dollars, so I'm gonna lose 135:09 fifty dollars 135:13 To make it look like to strangers on the internet that I made five hundred 135:20 Sure, why not? Is it gay to fake donations to yourself? Adam? Yeah. Carl. 135:31 Gay! As Obi would say. Chris. That's gay. Tony. Super gay. I'm all gay. Annie. Gay. 135:42 All right. We think this is gay. He knows we make fun of him. He can't figure out another word to use 136:03 He also used to be on compound media 136:06 That's true, and he has a big support of Opie. Is he not? 136:10 It was a sport of opi or Anthony doesn't he's one of those guys who takes the contrary side often 136:15 Yeah, that's true. He has although when he insults me he says that I'm the opi of the show 136:20 Not the Anthony of the show, which I think it's insulting. I don't think he likes me 136:23 It's I think he's insulting any called you gay. What? 136:27 He read I say he poop here. We go around for coming up 136:32 He was young.
