Unknown Broadcast | The Bullet: Ida Lupino, an Unloaded Gun and Domestic Terror

Ida Lupino plays a wife terrorized by a husband who points an empty pistol at her and promises that one day it will fire. In “The Bullet,” Ruth Martin’s success running their business becomes another source of Harry’s resentment when he returns from prison. Unknown Broadcast presents this Suspense drama by Larry Marcus, with Elliott Lewis opposite Lupino. Jealousy, control and a threat others fail to take seriously drive a domestic thriller toward a dangerous confrontation. The gun may be unloaded, but Ruth has no reason to feel safe when Harry begins counting to three.
