Terrifying & True | Ohio Grassman: Salt Fork Bigfoot Sightings, Footprints & Appalachian Lore

Ohio’s Grassman legend brings Bigfoot close to home. Terrifying & True explores reported encounters around Salt Fork State Park, Hocking Hills and the Appalachian foothills, where witnesses describe towering figures, strange calls and oversized footprints. Henrique Couto follows the stories, the search for evidence and the communities built around the possibility of a creature in the woods. Sightings and ambiguous traces are treated as claims, not proof of an undiscovered animal. A long-form look at Sasquatch lore, local fear and the pull of Ohio’s forests.
