People Can Lick Too | A Strickfield Urban Legend with a Venomous Twist

A familiar urban legend takes a venomous turn in Rob Fields’ “People Can Lick Too.” Zach Jenner has left snake-loving Silvia Charmer for Jensen Mirren, but neither relationship is willing to let him go. When a frightened confrontation ends with Silvia’s pet copperhead dead, her promise of revenge follows Zach home. His dog Sparky offers the one comfort he still trusts at night. This explicit Strickfield horror story mixes obsession, jealousy and the fear of what waits beside the bed. How long can a familiar touch feel reassuring?
