Old Jerry | A Halloween Prank at a Cannibal’s House

Egging Old Jerry’s house is a terrible Halloween mistake in RT Raynaud’s “Old Jerry.” Returning alone for candy, in the same devil costume, is worse. The homeowner recognizes his tormentor and offers a private haunted-house tour. Now Jerry talks through his grievances while struggling with a broken saw and some very messy work. This grisly horror monologue puts listeners inside a cannibal’s cheerful, self-justifying rant. There are rules to trick-or-treating, and Jerry is eager to explain them.
