Inbetween | Halloween Hospital Horror Between Worlds

A Halloween hospital visit leaves Ruby Salazar trapped between worlds, hunted by a six-eyed spider-crab creature. After waking from a nap following an ultrasound, she finds empty corridors, broken clocks, and phones that carry only static. A stranger in the boiler room may know a way out, but passage home has a price—and the thing upstairs is still searching for her. “Inbetween” blends liminal-space horror, medical anxiety, and a monster’s relentless pursuit in a hospital where even time has stopped working. By Shane Migliavacca.
