Elizabeth Báthory has spent centuries hiding in plain sight, renewing her youth with blood. Now Halloween week in Strickfield puts her on a collision course with a young vampire hunter and a princess of Hell. Halloween Blood Hunt by Rob Fields turns the Blood Countess legend into supernatural fiction, with modern technology and old appetites sharing the hunt. This Weekly Spooky tale follows a predator who discovers that her latest target knows how to fight back. Gothic bloodlust meets Halloween action as a quiet Ohio town shelters monsters—and people prepared to confront them.
