Father’s Day | A Séance Awakens a Hatchet-Killer Ghost

A Father’s Day dare summons something inside a condemned house in Shane Migliavacca’s “Father’s Day.” Matt follows Greg and Jenny off the Pearce Creek trail, hoping to impress the girl he likes. Their plan to test a local ghost story becomes an encounter with a red-capped figure carrying a hatchet. A goth girl’s knowledge of protective rituals may offer help, but the abandoned house is no longer just a setting for the scare. This supernatural horror story turns friendship and a careless séance into a struggle with a presence that wants more than visitors.
