Convenience Store Vampire | A Night-Shift Romance with a Dangerous Secret

From Weekly Spooky: Scary Christmas Stories | Terrifying Tales to Creep Your Holiday Henrique Couto | Scary Stories & Horror Expert

An eighteen-year-old night clerk finds unexpected company in “Convenience Store Vampire” by Douglas Waltz. Working late at a Stop N Go in Portage, he passes quiet hours with horror movies until Elizabeth begins visiting the store. The attraction is mutual, but the woman brightening his shift has secrets the films have only partly prepared him to understand. Dark romance meets after-hours vampire horror in a story of first jobs, lonely counters and a customer who changes everything. The register needs watching, yet the most important arrival may never make a purchase.
