Blood on the Snow | A Christmas Eve Blizzard and a Roadhouse Murder Mystery

A Christmas Eve blizzard strands a traveler at Vera’s Roadhouse in Shane Migliavacca’s “Blood on the Snow.” An abandoned car, strange footprints and a line of Robert Frost’s poetry suggest trouble outside. Inside, strangers shelter from the storm while the man argues with a voice named Simon. When people begin dying, every explanation creates another suspect. This snowbound supernatural murder mystery turns a roadside refuge into a place where appearances cannot be trusted. The cold makes leaving dangerous; the growing body count makes staying worse.
