A Night of Hot Wax | Haunted Records and an Occult Recording Session

A hidden record collection leads a young violinist toward an abandoned factory in John Oak Dalton’s “A Night of Hot Wax.” Etheridge takes a summer job cleaning Old Man Baldwin’s garage, where music is strictly forbidden. The rule makes little sense until Baldwin recounts an orchestra’s late-night recording session, a robed visitor and sheet music that changed everything. This coming-of-age occult horror story follows musical ambition into a place the town left behind. Some performances should never be repeated.
