HSC #2 Coaching Session with Becca, a 1/3 Sacral Generator

This week I have Becca on the podcast, she is a 1 / 3 Sacral Generator who found herself wanting to burn down everything she has created in a business partnership over the past 2 years because she is DONE experiencing her Not Self theme of frustration. She comes to the call wanting to know if she is getting a sign to leave the partnership she is in, or if she needs to work on her communication in order to get heard. What you will see is that Becca has allowed her not self theme of frustration to drive the way she shows up in every part of her life, and the sign she needs can’t be heard because she is so deep in the frustration. As you listen consider: Are you in a partnership with someone who does not make your needs a priority? Do you tend to want to “end it all” in dire moments because you are tired of experiencing your not self?
