Tamara Simon – Business Scene Investigation

If you have been in business for a while you will have realised the fact you need to embrace systems. And there is a good chance much of the hard work in developing those systems has led to a profitable and sustainable business, putting you ahead of the competition because this is what most business owners don’t do.

A finalist in the Queensland Telstra Business Women’s Awards and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM)’s Excellence Awards, systems guru, Tamara Simon, is a founding contributing author for Smallville – the website for small business owners who think big and has been published by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland (CCIQ) and Women’s Network Australia. And she knows all about creating systems.

In this interview Tamara explains there is a system in everything we do… you just have to find it. She shares information on how to create your one-page business plan, how 15 minutes a day will change your business world and how to embrace the life of a small business owner.

Listen to this podcast to learn how to find more time in your day through the implementation of systems...and Tamara tells us they can be sexy.
