NaRon opens about the loss of lives in this difficult time and his own realization of mortality but shares blessings that also occurred such as slowing down and taking the time to gather our thoughts and look at life. Lenore starts with explaining what made her go into the direction of content creation and speaking to the people. NaRon expresses his concern about treating everything with medication, such as anxiety, and shares his story about growing up in the projects. Lenore continues talking how she deals with mindsets and the importance of spirituality in it. They discuss the tabu topic of mediation, continuing with how to prepare for hardship, putting the importance on having a routine and Lenore sharing hers on how to stay grounded. She gives an important advice of changing the environment and scenario of your life with your perception.
