Episode 54 - Interview With Successful Vacation Home Investor, Trago Wallace

Successful Vacation Rental Owners, Trago & Leslie Wallace purchased and remodeled 2 vacation homes in the past 6 months bringing their portfolio to 3 STR properties. Trago shares the ups, downs and everything in between as we dive into their journey in the vacation rental world. Similar to so many success stories, here’s what I can tell you about Trago and Leslie. They are hungry, driven, up for the work, and THEY LISTEN. I’ve worked with thousands of people who say they want to build a portfolio of Lifestyle Assets, and I can tell you that the people who get results are always the best listeners and they take massive action. Most people listen with the intent to reply, Trago & Leslie listen with the intent to understand. That understanding then turns into action, that action into results.
