US, Ukraine Refine Peace Plan in Switzerland

Ukraine and the U.S. are refining a peace plan in Switzerland, following a revised proposal that addresses concerns from Kyiv and European allies. The initial 28-point plan, which included territorial concessions and military limitations, was met with resistance. The new framework, drafted after Sundays talks, remains undisclosed. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy emphasizes Russias responsibility for war damages and the need for a decision on frozen assets. The U.S. is pushing for a deal, while Ukraine maintains its core principles, including EU and NATO membership. European allies have successfully removed NATO-related issues from the plan.
