Rep. Buddy Carter: New York Risks 'Shared Poverty' if Mamdani Wins

Georgia Congressman Buddy Carter criticizes New York's political future, labeling Democratic mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani as antisemitic and socialist. Carter warns of higher taxes and financial hardship if Mamdani is elected, predicting a bleak future of mutually shared poverty. New Yorkers react with mixed opinions, some business leaders echoing Carter's concerns, while others push back against political name-calling. Meanwhile, Carter predicts a Republican favor in upcoming Tuesday elections and highlights controversy around Democratic attorney general candidate Jay Jones in Virginia.
