Israel Launches Major Counter-Terrorism Operation

Israeli military, Shin Bet, and Border Police launch major counter-terrorism operation in northern Samaria, targeting five villages. Operation aims to apprehend wanted suspects and dismantle terror infrastructure, following intelligence of terror network expansion and recent attacks. Curfews and closures impact Palestinian institutions, with families asked to leave homes used as military outposts. Operation resembles previous Jenin refugee camp clearance, with mayor accusing Israeli forces of persecuting civilians. Recent success in Mirka village eliminates two terrorists, but officials stress continued vigilance. The Daily News Now! - Every city. Every story. AI Powered. Hosted on Acast.
