Drug Smuggling Allegations in English Channel Migrant Crisis

Asylum seekers crossing the English Channel are allegedly being recruited as drug mules, swallowing packets of Class A narcotics to smuggle into Great Britain. This development suggests a growing collaboration between smugglers and drug traffickers, with migrants offered free or discounted passage in exchange for their services. Undercover reporters claim that migrants are promised VIP crossings and placed on boats with women and children to avoid scrutiny. British authorities deny these allegations, stating that every illegal arrival undergoes security checks and searches. However, the situation underscores concerns about criminal networks exploiting migration routes. The Daily News Now! - Every city. Every story. AI Powered. Hosted on Acast.
