ADL Monitors New York Mayor Over Antisemitism Concerns

The Anti-Defamation League launches a monitoring initiative, 'Mamdani Monitor,' to keep tabs on incoming New York City Mayor, Zohran Mamdani, due to concerns over his past statements on Israel and associations with accused antisemites. The ADL also introduces an antisemitism tip line, following a surge in antisemitic incidents in NYC. Mamdani's support for the BDS movement and refusal to acknowledge Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state raise red flags. The ADL urges Mamdani to unequivocally condemn antisemitism and support all Jewish residents. The Daily News Now! - Every city. Every story. AI Powered. Hosted on Acast.
