Encounters x353 - Real Stories of Witchcraft | Curses, Cleansings and Black Magic
Witches aren’t always hiding in the woods with a bubbling cauldron. Sometimes they’re family, neighbors, strangers, or someone you trust. This week, we’re exploring the darker side of witchcraft, from love spells and inherited supernatural abilities and mysterious curses to hexed homes and encounters with entities from folklore. Stories include: A mysterious illness leads to the discovery of a strange bundle of herbs, rope, and human hair hidden inside an apartment. A family’s history of witchcraft includes a deathbed curse, prophetic dreams, and a great aunt who watches over her relatives after death. A little girl in white, unexplained bruises, a giant handprint, pinned dolls, and shadowy figures turn one family’s homes into a paranormal nightmare. A family suspects their new tenants have hexed them, leading to strange behavior, disturbing intuitions, and a cleansing ritual to break the spell. A terrifying nighttime encounter with a tokoloshe leaves a family wondering whether something supernatural was sent to spy on them. Watch the video version here. Have ghost stories of your own?
