Episode 312- The Devil's Playground | Haunted Appalachia (Part 2)

Deep in the misty heart of Appalachia, where ancient mountains whisper secrets and shadows stretch just a little too long, there’s a legend lurking at every turn. In this chilling episode, we step into the Devil’s domain—literally. From the eerie Devil’s Tramping Ground, where nothing dares grow, to the ominous Devil’s Looking Glass, where the Prince of Darkness himself is said to gaze into the abyss, these mountains hold more than just ghost stories. But it’s not just the devil who roams these haunted hills. Hooded figures appearing in the dead of night, sinister fiddle-playing that lures the unsuspecting into otherworldly gatherings, and faceless apparitions warning trespassers—Appalachia is alive with spirits, cryptids, and things that go bump (or boom) in the night. Is the devil truly a lurking menace, or is he simply the misunderstood guardian of these ancient lands? Does he deserve the nickname 'ole horny? And will he journal about his hurt feelings if your answer to that question was no? Grab your pendulum, keep your wits about you, and step carefully—because some doors, once opened, never close.
