Encounters x315 - Sleep Paralysis Stories

You wake up, but you can’t move. Your chest feels heavy, your voice won’t work, and there’s a sense that you’re not alone. Sleep paralysis, for many of our listeners, is where their most unsettling experiences begin. Stories include: A listener who repeatedly wakes during paralysis contorted into impossible positions, as if something has physically moved them A couple whose sleep experiences begin to overlap, as one partner’s recurring entity bleeds into the other’s nightmares A childhood bedroom transforming into a western saloon during a vivid episode A shadowy figure that restrains a listener and destroys a protective necklace A sleep paralysis encounter escalates when a listener is dragged across the bed Watch the video version here. Corinne and Sabrina hand select a couple of paranormal encounters from our inbox to read in each episode, from demons, to cryptids, to aliens, to creepy kids... the list goes on and on.
