The Danny Thomas Show on DVD

TVC 506.6: Greg Ehrbar provides a thumbnail history of The Danny Thomas Show (ABC/CBS, 1953-1964), including how, in many respects, the series paved the way for such future sitcoms as The Andy Griffith Show and The Dick Van Dyke Show. Seasons Five and Six of The Danny Thomas Show are available on DVD through S'more Entertainment; Seasons Five, Six, and Seven are also available for streaming on demand on Amazon Prime.
