Ken Osmond of Leave It to Beaver

TVC 495.5: An encore presentation of our October 2014 conversation with Ken Osmond, the actor known around the world as Eddie Haskell on Leave It to Beaver. Ken Osmond passed away on Monday, May 18 at age 76. Our chat with Ken was a well-rounded conversation that covered not only his show business life before and after Leave It to Beaver (including his early career as a child actor working with the likes of Jennifer Jones, Ozzie Nelson, and Spencer Tracy), but his service with the U.S. Army Reserve (a stint that coincided with the last years of production of Beaver), his lifelong interest in military history, his distinguished career as a peace officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, and his struggles with PTSD after he was shot in the line of duty
