Wing and a Prayer July 26, 2026 It is time we find more Spiritual Watchmen in today's world.

Joing the Fellow Believers crew today with Pastor Jeff Weiss, Luke Tibor and Trent Loos.

Husband and wife team RC Williams and Julianna Ormond are the co-founders of Watchmen Action — a mission born from their success with Sherloc, their market research firm, and a growing conviction that the Church needed to be equipped, not just inspired, to engage the culture.

After discovering a critical gap between believers who wanted to take action and the tools that could help them do it, RC and Julianna created Watchmen Action to bridge that divide. Their rapid-deployment training model gets individuals and groups from passion to action in less than a day — with a focused story, a mobilized team, and tools to measure what's working.
