Jorge Polanco Eyed by Jays as Bichette's Replacement

The Toronto Blue Jays may consider Jorge Polanco, a veteran infielder, as a free agent target, especially if they lose Bo Bichette. Polanco, 32, had a strong season with Seattle, hitting .265 with 26 home runs and 78 RBIs, and performed well in the playoffs. He could fill a gap at second base, but his knee injury and potential competition for the designated hitter spot may complicate matters. The Jays will need to carefully consider their options as the off-season progresses. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network. Every city. Every story. AI powered.
