Jays Lose Game Six

In a thrilling matchup, the Dodgers secured a three-run lead in the third inning, thanks to key hits from Tommy Edman, Will Smith, Freddie Freeman, and Mookie Betts. Despite Kevin Gausman's strong performance, the Blue Jays' rough third inning proved costly. Yoshinobu Yamamoto held the Blue Jays' bats in check, allowing only one run. The Blue Jays managed to score in the third, but a ground rule double and a double play in the ninth inning sealed their fate. Addison Barger's base running mistake and the team's missed opportunities left them needing a win in game seven to avoid elimination. DNN | The Daily News Now!
