Blue Jays Sign Dylan Cease to Mega Deal

The Toronto Blue Jays have made a significant move, signing free agent starting pitcher Dylan Cease to a seven-year, two hundred ten million dollar contract. This deal, worth thirty million dollars annually, addresses a major need in their pitching rotation. Cease, a twenty-nine-year-old right-hander, is expected to solidify the Blue Jays starting rotation for the foreseeable future. Despite a slightly down year in twenty twenty-five, Cease still posted impressive strikeout numbers. With Cease now anchoring the rotation, the Blue Jays can now focus on strengthening their lineup.
