Digger Review: Is Tom Cruise’s Box Office Bomb Actually Worth Watching?

️ MASSIVE SPOILERS throughout.

Jason and Rachel review Digger, Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s bizarre, expensive and extremely polarizing new film starring Tom Cruise, Jesse Plemons, Riz Ahmed, John Goodman and a ridiculously stacked cast.

We get into the movie’s massive twist, Tom Cruise disappearing under layers of makeup, the strange fake cat, the surreal Terry Gilliam/Wes Anderson-style production design, the climate apocalypse storyline, Jesse Plemons playing another billionaire, Riz Ahmed as the only sane person in the room, and why the movie eventually reveals itself to be something completely different from what the trailers suggest.
