Tristan Wilds on The Wire Season 4 20th Anniversary, Michael Becoming Omar, Marlo vs. Avon, Working with Michael K. Williams, The Greatest TV Season Ever and 90210

Grammy nominee and breakout star of the legendary HBO series The Wire Tristan “Mack” Wilds joins the show to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the critically acclaimed fourth season of the series. Mack talks his casting on the show, and the way the cast of legends like Wood Harris and Michael K. Williams embraced and mentored him, and his iconic character Michael’s arc from innocence to Omar’s successor. Plus, Mack picks his favorite season of the show, gives his Mount Rushmore of Wire characters and performances, and tells the guys what it was like when he learned about THAT scene with Snoop. Finally, Matt asks Tristan about his time on 90210 and Jerry wonders if the crew of young actors on The Wire had the same camaraderie as the boys on Entourage.   A big thank you to our sponsors:   Wendy’s: Bring the Beef.    BetMGM: Make It Legendary.
