In this very special podcast episode, Annie Grace takes us through an actual live coaching session where she helps a PATH member to understand how to navigate the journey of beginning to heal from using alcohol to numb emotional pain. Annie shares why we should celebrate becoming aware of our feelings, the power behind realizing our problems were always there, and the importance of managing expectations.
