EP 539: Naked Life Story - Laura Deter

This Naked Mind Certified Coach Laura Deter joins Annie Grace for a real and raw discussion on the ups and downs of finding freedom from alcohol. Laura shares about what led to her unhealthy relationship with alcohol, her multiple attempts to control it, and how she finally found lasting freedom. Laura and Annie also talk about the dangers of numbing emotions with alcohol and how that can be the hardest part of living alcohol-free. How To Talk To Your Kids About Alcohol Wouldn’t it be great if our children never had to go through the pain and challenges we faced in our own relationship with alcohol? This is my greatest wish for my own kids and it’s why I created the most important course I have ever offered — “How To Talk To Your Kids About Alcohol.” If you’ve struggled with alcohol and you’re not sure what to tell your kids about it…If you want to create a relationship with your children that is based upon mutual respect, mutual trust, and open communication…If you know that this conversation is the most important talk you’ll have with your children and it can’t wait any longer…Then this course is for you. It includes lifetime access to six video modules, a bonus recorded Q&A session where I answer questions from parents just like you, an interactive workbook and our private and exclusive How To Talk To Your Kids About Alcohol online community where you can connect with others who are also navigating this important conversation.
