She brings years of expertise in physical fitness, her own experience with 2 autoimmune diseases, and the realization that she needs to advocate for herself. When she had a hard time keeping her eyes open while in college and working 2 jobs, she would keep her legs moving on the treadmill instead of reaching for stimulants. She believed if she exercised, she would stay awake. Studying physical science and getting a degree in exercise led her path to a life of coaching, leading fitness classes, and a career as a Personal trainer but also creating a boot camp on her farm property for 4 graders athletes. Cherie's love for exercise and anything related to wellness is obvious when you take one look at her toned body. But her genuine beautiful smile doesn’t just reveal love for people. You can sense the wisdom and kindness that comes with many tough lessons in life.
