From The Daily Wolf with Scott Melker, live weekdays at 12pm ET on Yahoo Finance. House Democrats are already working on a replacement for the Clarity Act, one day after taking both chambers. Reporting from Eleanor Terrett says the draft would give the SEC a larger role, narrow the CFTC, and add ethics restrictions. Maxine Waters is in line to take the gavel from French Hill in January. A judge let single stock perpetual futures keep trading but said the CFTC likely overstepped. Riot leased a Texas campus to Anthropic for about $28 billion, funded partly by selling 20,264 Bitcoin.
